Spacious 5-Bedroom House in Rockville Fast WiFi, Gaming Area & Fenced Yard

We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this property, especially for larger groups. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Metro, making trips into Washington, D.C. both convenient and stress-free. The home comfortably accommodated our group and would be ideal for up to 10 guests.The property was clean upon arrival, and we especially appreciated the spacious layout and convenient location. Communication with the host was good, and we had a very positive experience.For future guests, there are a couple of details that may be helpful to know when planning your stay. Washer and dryer access is not included for stays shorter than one week, so guests who anticipate needing laundry facilities should plan accordingly. Additionally, if you plan to bring a dog, advance communication and approval from the host are required, as the property allows one dog with prior authorization.We had a great stay and found this to be a comfortable, well-located property that works particularly well for larger groups visiting the Washington, D.C. area.

The place is very well kept up, especially for an older home. Great neighborhood to stay in. Safe and friendly. Host is awesome and responsive. Recommend 10 out of 10!

The house is a nice house. However the frame around the entrance of the kitchen door was hanging off with nails protruding out and the oven was not clean. The kings chair arm rest at the head of the kitchen table was loose and wobbly. The patio had not been cleaned for awhile . The leaves and pollen was thick on the tables chairs and railings along with bird droppings. Many leaves were on the patio as well. I reached out to the property manager. She said she’d come over and make it right, She finally made it over the next day. about 1:15pm on the second day of our four day three night stay, By the time she arrived I had cleaned the patio myself because my family which included older seniors had already began to arrive and enjoys sitting outside. When she finally arrived she removed the nails and tapped the trimming down to the entrance of the kitchen, I then made her aware of the issues we were having with the TVs in all the bedrooms and the downstairs sitting area / game room and that the fusbol table had no ball. She tried working with the remote controls to get the TVs working to no avail. She said she would return to fix the problem and to bring the ball for the table.She never returned. She did however send me a message to remind me to check out at 10. I assured her that we would be gone before 10 and we were .

Property manager is great and very responsive. House was in quiet neighborhood and close to metro which was 30 min from DC. Large house with lots of rooms and comfy beds. Cleaning crew could be better. Pet hair on sheets, dirty bathroom rug, lots of cosmetic items that needed to be fixed, Foosball table had no ball, kitchen chairs very wobbly, missing kitchen drawer, bug ***** filled with what looked like giant spiders under wash tub. Towels and linens not put in bathrooms. All quick fixes and this could be a gem if addressed. I have confidence this will be by property owner/manager.

It was a perfect location to be near our son’s retirement celebration.

Perfect location for attending a wedding at Glenwood Mansion. Equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay and the host was so accommodating! The house had plenty of room for our family and it was so kid friendly. It was a nice neighborhood and close to many activities, restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect extended family gathering spot Your home was welcoming and stocked with all that a kitchen needs to prepare food for 12. We came together from several states and we're able to settle right in and enjoy our reunion. The fully gated-in large deck was the perfect place for 4 young children and a dog to unwind. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and very walkable. Thank you.
