Family friendly very nice staff

The complimentary breakfast was nice, price was unbeatable... but there were two mice in my room running around in the floor and both times I went to the front desk there was nobody there!

Worst service experience ever. This place is unresponsive. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The room was not what was originally booked. My daughter who is in a Wheelchair stated that the bathroom floor was sticky and and she did pressure relief by using her hands to lift via the wheels on her chair. They were black and had to wash them multiple times. The "Breakfast in the morning as an option was hard to know what was available since we had to ask for everything. The eggs looked and tasted like rubber and gross. The room didn't have a microwave and the refrigerator was plugged into and extension cord. The only microwave that was available for the hotel guests was in the breakfast area. It looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster and was dented and filthy. The room and other areas of the building showed that the roof leaked at some point and had not been repainted. The doors that should have been accessible from the outside via room key or physical key were not locked and it appeared that at least to homeless persons were staying in the lobby area at the least most of the day. Needless we will not stay there again.

Just checked in today. The entrance to the parking lot is more than half way cordoned off with cones because it is in such disrepair. The key card system to let us get into our room is not functioning. Every time I want to leave my room, I either have to leave the door wide open (not safe) or go and find the front desk clerk to let me back into my room like I am a child. This didn't just break today. They do not currently have anyone working to fix the problem.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a nice quiet location, near the location of my conference. I made my reservation before reading the recent negative reviews so I was terrified of what I would encounter but the hotel must have corrected the problems. Yes, the furniture is old, it is a budget hotel after all, but there were no bugs, mice etc. The staff were very nice. When I arrived, a busload of a German tourists had also arrived but I did not hardly have to wait. I would stay there again.
