Went to check in about an hour before check-in time and was told "No, we don't do that".
When we went to check in at 3, no acknowledgement from staff, after 10 minutes asked if we could get checked in and was told they are in the middle of a shift change. Why is check in at 3 if there is a shift change at that exact time? Why make people wait and not even acknowledge them?
I would never recommend this place for an overnight stay.

The first room I received on the 3rd floor had bed bugs. Staff moved me to the 2nd floor where more bed bugs was waiting on me. I left and went to different Hotel. Now I'm waiting to get my $135.00 back!

It’s not like the pictures. Beds smaller than frame, every time it rained it rained inside the room under the bed closest to the window. Damaged the flooring. Book somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place to even an animal. It feels so good to be gone so that I can finally speak my truth. The only staff member employed here that cares is Karla. I’m unsure how everyone else even has a job because they are extremely rude and lazy. The room looks nothing like they advertise. Refrigerator was broken my entire stay. I had to teach my 7 year old how to put the chain back on the toilet in order to flush it because it kept breaking off. If you have no other choice then sure pick this place but beware that you get what you pay for.

Held my driver’s license for 3 weeks and acted like it wasn’t at the front desk. Elevators often broken down. Reported that I was a no show on the first day then said there were no beds so ******* still charged me. Refused to compensate me for it. Ridiculous.
