Alarm noisy sound for alarm almost one hour and they said because they are testing the fair alarm.

Everything was great, staff was nice and polite. Kevin at the desk had the best personality and he was also running the bar. He was friendly and personable even though he was very busy. Great customer service!

Loved this hotel. Conveniently off of the freeway, just over the causeway. Hotel itself is in a quiet area, but plenty of restaurants and businesses just a short drive away. Would probably stay here again.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. I sunk in the bed as the mattress was very worn and the thermostat was impossible to figure out.

The first room i was given didn't have any heat.
the 2nd room had some major stains all over the sheets (used a blacklight to find out).
very noisy in the hallways, whereas we called the front desk to take care of the noises , but all requests seem to have been ignored.
Was told by staff that i could cancel my reservation early, due to the incriminate weather., however ******* would not provide the refund.

my boyfriend and i went here not too long ago for my graduation vacation / early birthday and we loved it besides a couple things. we didn’t like our next door neighbor who was constantly screaming, playing loud music, and was talking on the phone on speaker so loudly that we could hear his conversation perfectly fine even with the tv at a volume of 50.. on our last night our tv in our room was acting funny. we couldn’t press the guide or anything and the staff member told us she can move us to a different room for an extra cost which i don’t see why we would have to pay more when it would be the hotels fault for not having a proper working tv. we think breakfast could’ve been a little better, the waffles they serve is kinda like the kelloggs waffle you can get at walmart. our last day at the hotel they sent out a flyer saying there would be a mandatory fire alarm that they do yearly on the morning of, we personally think they should’ve sent that out a day or two prior of having the fire alarm. thankfully we both were already awake and getting dressed for the day so we weren’t interrupted by the fire alarm.
