Was there in February and at checkout they overcharged me $94. I questioned the charges on my printed checkout paper. The two ladies at the front desk at the time of my checkout assured me that they had corrected the charges and would not have the $94 dollars show on my credit card. When I got home and checked my charge card online it showed that $47 dollars had been removed from my card but was still overcharged $47 . I wrote a bad review on the corporate website and they contacted me and said that the hotel had assured them that they had contacted me and straightened things out. The only contact I had from Homewood suite in Rocky mount was they had again sent me a copy of my checkout paper and which showed the $47 overcharge. I called several times and asked for person in charge of front desk and also manager of hotel only to be told "they are off today". No other contact. It has now been 9 weeks and nothing has happened. I have written this off as a bad experience on my part that I will not experience again, as the next time I visit in Rocky Mount I will stay at the Hampton Inn. Worst experience ever as a Hilton Diamond member.

Water pressure wasn’t great. It was clean and spacious. Sheets for the pullout bed weren’t in the room as they usually are at a homewood suites. We called and they brought us some. Room overall was comfortable.

Stayed here twice in 6 months. Pleasant stay each time. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff was kind and helpful. Tech in the room, e.g., usb for phone charging could be updated, but it wasn’t an issue. Comfy bed and it’s not directly in the highway, so it’s quiet.
