The accomodations were just like home. I'm driving from GA to RI alone with two small dogs. I arrived an hour early and while waiting for a pet friendly room to be cleaned on the second floor, Zharia, at the front desk took extra care to accomodate my needs while I waited with my two dogs in the lobby. She gave me cold water, a puppy bag with a small toy, she talked with me and gave her attention to my dogs. And then she took matters into her own hands and asked if I'd prefer a first floor room considering I had dogs. I immediately said yes and in 5 minutes I was in a 1st floor room right next to a door for easy access for dogs outside needs. No elevator, no need to walk them through the lobby, etc. And the no traffic walking area behind the hotel is fantastic. Zharia demonstrated customer service at its best. She recognized a need and took immediate action. If you have pets, you know traveling requires a little more energy. This hotel is a great place to readily get what you need and recharge for your next day drive.
