The hotel is old, smells like an old ash tray, beds were old and squeaked all night. The hotel listing should notify the buyer that the hotel is a smoking hotel. Just awful. I am allergic to smoke and had a horrible reaction and night. I can’t believe it has such a high rating.

It was great! The room was comfortable and Clean. The staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly and welcoming! The sweet lady at breakfast was amazing and breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend it!

The accomodations were just like home. I'm driving from GA to RI alone with two small dogs. I arrived an hour early and while waiting for a pet friendly room to be cleaned on the second floor, Zharia, at the front desk took extra care to accomodate my needs while I waited with my two dogs in the lobby. She gave me cold water, a puppy bag with a small toy, she talked with me and gave her attention to my dogs. And then she took matters into her own hands and asked if I'd prefer a first floor room considering I had dogs. I immediately said yes and in 5 minutes I was in a 1st floor room right next to a door for easy access for dogs outside needs. No elevator, no need to walk them through the lobby, etc. And the no traffic walking area behind the hotel is fantastic. Zharia demonstrated customer service at its best. She recognized a need and took immediate action. If you have pets, you know traveling requires a little more energy. This hotel is a great place to readily get what you need and recharge for your next day drive.

Our door would not close and lock without effort to pull it closer, otherwise it would stay open. Most motel doors close and lock without special attention.

Reservation was for king size bed with a bath tub. Not available, had to have 2 beds in order to have a tub. Carpet was dirty, only half a curtain on the window so you couldn't block out the street lights to darken the room for sleep. Breakfast was excellent and kitchen staff was very friendly. Probably won't stay there again.

We always use Hampton Inns when on road trips but this stay may change that - this facility is an embarrassment to Hilton! The place is dingy and in major need of a redo. The room was shabby, the bed was old and lumpy, the toilet wasn't mounted to the floor properly and jiggled when you sat on it. We did complain on leaving and the clerk simply told us they were in the process of updating. When I got a follow up email from Hilton asking about our experience, I did call but had to speak to three people first. I was given a confirmation number but after 3 weeks heard nothing so inquired and was told there was no record and to submit everything all over again. All in all a terrible experience at the hotel and from Hilton and clearly not up to their usual high standards.

Jimmie Little was awesome as was J’Quan at the desk in the morning. These two men were impeccably dressed and were so helpful. Jimmie recommended a nearby restaurant where we had a delicious meal and met other guests from the hotel. All the staff were as friendly and helpful as can be!
