Rezeption laut Beschreibung bis 22 Uhr offen. Um 21:15 Uhr als wir angekommen sind aber schon geschlossen. Mussten gegen die Fahrbahn auf einem Autobahnparkplatz zu einer Tankstelle wo wir nach ewigen Gesprächen die Schlüssel bekommen haben. Wc Deckel im Zimmer verschmiert, nicht gereinigt. Keine Heizung, es war kalt im Jänner im Zimmer. Frühstück nächsten Tag bei der Tankstelle komplett überteuert, alles extra bezahlen. Hotel steht auf Autobahnparkplatz.

Letzte Nacht zur Zwischenübernachtung im Serways Weiskirchen Nord. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Soweit ok... Was nicht OK ist ist die Tatsache das eine Übernachtung mit Premium Frühstück verkauft wird, man beim Check-in gesagt bekommt, das besagtes Premium Frühstück leider nicht im Haus stattfindet aus Personalmangel. Man könne aber vorne in der Raststätte sein Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr einnehmen. Das ist grenzwertig, aber naja ... In der Raststätte angekommen, bekommt man gesagt das Restaurant aus Personalmangel geschlossen aber man könnte ja was von den abgepackten Fertigprodukten nehmen und dazu ein schöner Kaffee "to Go" im Pappbecher.🤢🤮 Das ganze soll man dann trotz gebuchtem Frühstück noch bezahlen.... Aber man bekommt ja als Motelgast 25% .... Ich fühle mich über den Tisch gezogen.....

When we have arrived, the hotel was “closed” with no reception. Sign at the door asked us to check in in the nearby Shell petrol station. The station staff was helpful but with poor english therefore apart from obtaining the keys, we were really not given any other info (eg, to use side doors to get in to the hotel building - we had to figure this out thanks to another sign) so the initial experience was… unusual.
However, the room was clean, served its purpose and the receptionist in the morning was super nice and helpful. We were offered limited breakfast options (I believe due to lack of staff) and overall were happy with our stay. Hotel is right next to the motorway so not a place to hang around, but great if you need a place to stay overnight before continuing on your journey.

We had great difficulty locating this hotel, as nowhere did it tell us it was on the motorway services, we manage eventually to access it from some dark lane. The lady who greeted us was exceedingly helpful and went the extra mile to serve us drinks when we returned from the services to purchase food as none was available at the hotel.
