After several failed attempts in finding a suitable hotel in St. Lucia, me && my hubby were recommended the Coco Palms. Our stay here was amazing, relaxing, fun-filled and comfortable. The highlight was the customer service and the food. Staff greets you with a smile and ensures that everything is always okay. If or when any issues arise, the staff is very responsive to concerns/ queries. The food was consistently delicious and offered in a wide variety. Kudos to Management! Special Thanks to Mr. David (Front Desk) & Ms. Danicia (Restaurant), Y’all were Exceptional.

10/10 for the maintenance of the entire property, rooms and site.
Very good a la carte food in the all inclusive. Several choices on the lunch and dinner menu. Very pleasant outdoor bar area. Live concert on Friday evenings - memorable!
5 minute walk to Redduit beach. Walking distance to shops, shopping centers and restaurants. On a very busy street and the noise from nightclubs may disturb light sleepers. I recommend, we were a couple and loved our stay. Would return anytime!

We picked this hotel especially as we didn't want the typical 5 star beach front access American all inclusive style hotel - don't get me wrong we love these hotels - but just wanted something different and totally Caribbean. We were not disappointed - staff were amazing - food was amazing - location was perfect - only 300 metres to the beach - so natural and above all Caribbean - would not hesitate to return at the drop of a hat. Highly recommended.

The positives were that we had an excellent room (although the so-called 'room with a view' consisted of two water towers and a few houses) and the food was very good. However, overall the hotel is looking a bit tired. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not all by any means. Some were unhelpful and at times positively rude. We were on an all-inclusive deal, which turned out to be not quite all-inclusive. When we got to the hotel we discovered that some drinks and food were excluded (included rather strangely 'lamb cutlets', although I never saw them on the menu!). The main problem was that the lunch and dinner menus never changed, and there were no 'daily specials'. After 9 days this became very boring. My wife likes soup before dinner. Every evening the choice was pumpkin soup or pumpkin soup. The same most lunches. Not so much of a problem if you are staying for 3/4 days, but poor for a longer stay. We also booked a taxi via the hotel for the return journey to the airport, but when I checked I found that no booking had been made. Had I not checked we would have been in a very difficult position, possibly missing our flight.

The hotel is lovely, very clean with a great pool that is opened until late and you can swim until late. The facilities are very good and the breakfast has lots of choice. The location is perfect close to the beach and the town.
