How to put it all into only so many words? Quiet, clean, amazing staff. A cozy small place to relax and unwind. Good food, a beautiful beach. It is sad that it is closing in July. Many guests, us included, would petition for this gem of a place to stay open. We won't go back when it becomes a mega resort, and that makes me sad. A piece of my heart will forever stay with Mystique and Rodney Bay.

Great staff. Hotel is a 'little worn' could do with a lick of paint. The shower 😲😲 OMG it was really hit or miss if A: got any water and B: if you got any hot water. To consider that this hotel is linked to the Royalton chain is a very big disappointment. Having stayed at Royalton St Lucia and having had a magical stay this was a disappointment. No laundry service. The pool bar was way too shallow. The onsite shop had very little stock (they had 1 pack of crisps!). However if you dive, super easy access to 'scuba Steve's' literally a 2 mins walk 👍. If you hate towel droppers then stay away😲 I stayed up having a beer and from 03:00 people were dropping towels on sun beds 😲😲 Food is good but limited. However the lady that does fresh eggs is awesome 😁 There is an option from 'mahias' but you have to order and then wait at least 20mins and that's if it's not busy!!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Its location is absolutely gorgeous. We have visited several times before, and am absolutely gutted it will be knocked down to make a mega resort. It’s such a charming place and you get to experience some real St Lucia. The staff our so friendly and welcoming, we felt like family by the end. A special shout out to Greta for all her support with our booking. But all the staff are amazing! We had a wonderful holiday 😀

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff here as a whole. They made the trip magical for my kids. When the bartender greeted my 6 year old saying, "good evening Miss [said her name], my I day you are looking exceptionally lovely tonight," it pretty much made the trip for her. The hotel itself was great for families. Our room was actually 2 rooms, so the kids could sleep separate from us parents.

Great resort. The food and drinks were great! Only complaint is the resort lost all water on the last day and no one could shower or flush toilets.

April 9-16/24 Beach amazing, one day of wind and waves, we did not venture in, others did. Very little shade, you can purchase an umbrella with lounges from people on the beach if you don’t find one available. Good food, chef was great, chicken, beef, fish, all vegetables. huge room. Service excellent. Drinks good. The ride in the van through the mountains was scenic, but tough if you get car sick. Very up and down, around, switchbacks etc. the driver was great. We elected to take a very scenic helicopter ride back to the airport instead of the van ride. It was amazing! I must say, we have been to several Caribbean islands and the people of st. Lucia are some of the best and friendliest. Even the service at the airport both coming and going was excellent. This hotel is being demolished as well as the one next door. Apparently it is going to be one huge resort. It does need some repairs perhaps it is cheaper to rebuild?? We prefer smaller resorts less busy, I hope all the staff get rehired, they are the best. We had a great time, thank you st. Lucia.

From the moment we stepped onto the resort, the staff were wonderful and always eager to provide an exceptional experience. I cannot give enough thanks to Nicole and her staff, especially Daniel at the pool bar, and the front desk for welcoming us as if we’re long gone friends, thank you providing one of the most memorable anniversary vacations we’ve ever had!

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience at this hotel. The room that I initially checked into was an outdated room that needed to be renovated. The room looked completely different from the pictures online. I would have never selected this resort. if I saw the pictures in advance. Food could have been better. For it to be a Caribbean island the food was a 5/10. The chefs can do a better job! The food outside of the dining hall menu needs to be updated. The quality of the food needs to be better. More chicken in the quesadilla. It’s not supposed to be flat! The resort should also have a premium drink package available to clients like myself that prefer top shelf drinks. I shouldn’t have to pay extra at an all inclusive for topself liquor. Overall what saved my trip was the staff. But everything else needs improvement ASAP!!!!!!

Really enjoyed the trip but hard to ignore a few things…the hotel was overbooked so I was sent to a completely different hotel my first night. Was told I would have a room the next day by noon… it wasn’t until 5 pm the next day that I had a room. They upgraded us to all inclusive and the presidential suite which was great damage control, but still… I traveled 12 hours to a foreign country and had no room?! Maids took my bedsheets and didn’t have new ones until 7pm one night, hot/cold water didn’t work in shower and money was stolen out of a bag on the beach last day. My patience was tested here but I still had a great time in a beautiful location
