Terrible service. Booked for two. A month before the trip, called and email to modify the stay. My calls were not answered. My email was not answered. I followed up with the email. I got a response that said I could edit online. Online editing showed that if I edited my stay, I would be charged at a new, higher rate. My reservation was all inclusive for two adults. When I arrived, I observed how this resort treats its guests. When I checked in, they told me I could not use the second all-inclusive wrist band which was in my paid reservation. Since my friends and I planned this trip, I had hoped to let one of them use my 2nd all-inclusive wristband—I had paid for it after all. The hotel staff would not allow my friend-who was also a guest use that wristband. The all inclusive included two spa treatments at a spa at a different resort. I had an email that said, schedule before you arrive, as they book up. I called the spa two days before I arrived. They didn’t answer the first few calls, but I finally got through. I explained when I was coming, which hotel I was staying at, and my all-inclusive status. I asked what treatments I could have with my all inclusive. I chose a pedicure and back massage from the options she told me. When I arrived for my treatments, the spa cashier asked for my spa vouchers. I didn’t receive spa vouchers when I checked in and did not know what she was talking about. She called my hotel and spoke with them then charged me $75 usd. When I returned to the hotel, I asked for a refund as they had not given me the vouchers at check in, nor informed me of the process at check in. The hotel staff informed me that the pedicure was not an option the voucher would cover and that $75usd was the price of only the pedicure (which was just nail polish—nothing fancy). I told the staff the situation, but, they were unmoved—no refund. The staff are unhelpful at best. My friends and I would politely approach asking for information. The staff would stare and eyeroll us constantly. We felt as if we were a bother and a burden to them. We often waited long periods of time before we were waited on at the restaurant or bar. One staff member was partivularly rude throughout our stay, Shanese. She worked at the front desk. One stay-related question we asked her, she simply rolled her eyes and stated, “I don’t know.” And that was the end of the interaction. After a few moments, we asked if she could check for an answer, to which she again rolled her eyes and gave us a look of exasperation. She finally called someone for an answer. We are able to use the beach at another hotel. When you check in, they five you a token for a towel and explain if you lose it there is a fee. They also explain, if they are out of towels and you want to go to the beach, you can use your token at the beach. However, when I took my token to the beach, the towel person told me that is not the case. So, that was another hassle. Also in the all inclusive, there is the “Dine A
