We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Food was good and staff was very friendly and kind. The room had amazing sea view which was a total delight for the eyes and mind. The whole property was beautifully nested within nature.

Had a fabulous stay! Returned after 23 years, was a very relaxing stay, amazing local food every night and a lovely spread. Got fresh towels and room service was nice. Hotel transfers and available bus tours made everything so easy we had nothing more to take care of!

Very enjoyable experience..Food, entertainment and service was very good..Staffs doing their upmost best to satisfy guests needs. Hat’s off to the GM, Mr Ashok, for his presence and making sure that the guest are being looked after. Will definitely be back, for a third visit ☺️

It's my second visit to Cotton Bay. Food was awesome, just all of them. Room was clean and staff members very friendly. The night shows were great too, I love the calmness over here. Definitely the place to be!

Most humble and genuine staffs..We have a very nice stay to celebrate my son's 15th birthday..Service and food were excellent and we will be definitely be back. Special thank you to the GM, Mr Ashok..Always present and taking care of the guests.

Awesome family reunion at this marvellous Resort. Old but well maintained, spotless clean and service orientated staff, overall fully satisfied unlike many negative comments. You must be a positive minded person to like many positivities at this place to be. You are among the few best folks, keep up the good work, Well done. Maybe it's because the hotel is supposedly going to be renovated next year. And it really does need to be, as it's a bit old. But that wouldn't have bothered us if most of the staff in the restaurant had been more attentive (there were a few exceptions). We often had the feeling that our presence was disturbing the peace and quiet, we had to wait ages for drinks (we could get the food ourselves from the buffet), and we usually had to remove the used dishes ourselves. And all at a hefty price! A local told us that foreigners pay about 1/3 more than locals - that's a real joy! What was particularly irritating was that when booking half board, not even a bottle of drinking water was included - everything had to be paid for separately. The choice of food was modest - we were probably spoiled by the Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius (about the same price category) - but OK. The service at the bar and reception was also OK. The beach is very beautiful, good for swimming, the pool is clean. Unfortunately, there are no parasols at the pool, but there are comfortable beach chairs. On the beach, it's the opposite: there are parasols, but there are only a few, sometimes broken, plastic ones. The hotel has real potential, but not only the complex needs to be renovated, but also the service orientation.

Very disappointed with this experience at the hotel! We asked for a "late check-out" where we were going to PAY but no consideration from the staff! We are told “Priority for newcomers!!!” Well, those already at the hotel are less than nothing if I understood correctly! Ah! Carry your water bottles because these are not available even with half board!! You have to pay for everything! And a 0.5L bottle costs you Rs80! The staff: very cold! Especially this little gentleman with a mustache at the reception!! But, I admit that the ladies at the reception are very nice! Bad management because they don't even know what to add to the "checking out" bill. In short, I would not recommend a stay there!
