Would book again if in need of a hotel in that area.
Good cleanliness levels and pleasant reception personnel.
On the other hand, some more attention to the preparation of the room would have been appreciated: the room had a safe box that was locked therefore could not be used, and amenities like the paper handkerchiefs and both the shower gel and shampoo were empty.

Got a free room upgrade. Free parking in front of the door.
welcomed as soon as we walked in. friendly efficient receptionist. room fresh and clean, well done housekeeping staff. bar and restaurant staff friendly and efficient as usual. plenty of breakfast choice, tables quickly cleared even though it was busy. a great start to a break for us, that is why we have returned so many times!

In the region twice a year and always at the Mercure Roeselare. The position is ideal for my business engagements. Room is confortable and including all possible services and there is an excellent restaurant. Parking places are available (woulrd be good if there would be some e-charger with different types of loadigs. I cannot charge my hybrid car). Close to the motorway. Very easy check in and out.

Excellent location, just off motorway Good parking Check in, superb, very fast Restaurant good, had Dover sole, they even took off the bone, very tasty Waitress, Romanian lady, very friendly and attentive, great service Now the small issues Order meal via scan, crap, no description to meals Extremely limited menu in certain areas Pay your bill before you actually see it?? I think mine was a little wrong but didn’t raise it but guts honestly pay before you see it? When you get out off elevators, darkness, hard to find your room Otherwise perfect, I’d stay here again and again but please listen to simple fixes

We have booked a suite for 2 nights. It is much more dressed up room since we have used it few years ago - shortly after its opening, it has pictures, shelves and other decorative items making it look more homely in modern scando style. It is very spacious and clean and mini fridge had complimentary drinks. Windows open, we did not use aircon. I liked that it was switched off upon arrival. Temperature was comfortable, not too warm or cold. Bathroom is superb with softest bathrobes I have ever had! They even add Rituals toiletries. Parking is free in front of the hotel but not gated. As gold member I got little handwritten card with three chocolates in the room and 2 drink vouchers which I had to chase. We chose coffee which was very well presented and large glass of wine which was good quality. When I requested late checkout by just 1 hour, they wanted to charge me extra - I had to remind them it is part of my membership privilege… What prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that they have not prepared sofa bed for our teenager- although reservation was for 3 people and I reminded them in extra requests section. When you arrive on Fri at midnight last thing you want to do is to chase it. In the middle of first night, suddenly TV has switched on by itself which woke us all up! Not sure if it was some sort of stupid alarm setup or what but they should reset settings before new guests check in! Overall I would return for quality of suite accommodation.

We needed a hotel for the night prior to our flight and even though this hotel is over an hours drive to the airport, it suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the large parking lot out front where we quickly found a spot. Reception had our information and we were quickly in our room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed our meals and also the fact that we did not need to leave for our meal. We also had breakfast and found the buffet offerings excellent. The waffle we had was delicious! The staff however made this one of our best hotel stays. From check in, dinner, breakfast, and check out, the staff were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable! Thanks to everyone who made this a great stay!

We stay here on regular basis since hotel opening and it was always in a suite, This time it was not available to book so we went for „business suite” thinking that apart from big conference table, everything will be the same. It has really akward layout - toilet is by the front door, then there is long walk to the bedroom where there is a bathroom - it is narrow and only with a shower, not bathtub - sorry I expect both in the suite, just like it is in the one we were staying before. There is a table with 8 chairs, seemingly for the business meetings but there are no sockets nearby at all, except by the kitchenette. Additionally wifi is very poor, My husband went on the important work call and has been disconnected. Phone signal is inconsistent - from E, to 3G to 4G at times. If hotel calls it business suite - it is misleading as it does not have basic business facilities. I would pass the comments by the checkout but receptionist did not ask me how my stay was. She just took the payment without saying much. Since we had this big table we thought we may just as well use it and order room service. You can only do it from 6 pm and 25 euros per burger is pricey but we went for it as there is nothing nearby. We end up bringing it to the suite ourselves. Food was of good quality. We also got 2 drinks for platinum member voucher. Mixed feelings this time.
