Very nice. It is clean and confortable. We had a nice room with good view. Food was delicious and waiters were very nice behaving, always on time and ready to respond. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Spa is also very nice. Looking forward to come again.

Non era la prima volta che venivamo qui a Rogaška Grand hotel e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nel momento in cui sto scrivendo e la sera di capodanno e alle 21 il buffet era già terminato. Poiché c’erano alcuni gruppi di clienti, Invece che nella sala cristalli ci hanno relegato in tavolini raffazzonati nel ristorante quotidiano. La musica era in un’altra stanza e quindi a noi non giungeva. Il menù neanche lontanamente quanto scritto sulla loro lista. Inoltre era un’abbuffata da mensa in quanto se finiva una pietanza nessuno pensava a rifornirla. Solo il brodo veniva rimpinguato. Alle 21 dicevo ci siamo ritrovati con menù finito e senza spettacolo. Cosa fare? Andare a dormire. Non riesco proprio a capire come ci possano essere clienti di serie A e C anche perché l’offerta che proponevano era a un prezzo equo e non regalato. A chiedere spiegazioni nulla in quanto i dirigenti della Sala facevano finta di non capire ne l’italiano ne altra lingua. E questo sarebbe un albergo 4 stelle superior? Forse anni fa o forse è cambiata la gestione . Senz’altro per me il grand hotel Rogaška ha chiuso e non ne parlerò certo bene con chi mi chiedesse formazioni. Peccato! A pensare che anni fa avevano una particolare cura del cliente!!!

L'hôtel est majestueux et élégant, propre, calme intrinsèquement. La chambre louée (chambre premium vue parc) est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel est sympathique mais ne parle pas toujours anglais à part à la réception. Nous n'avons pas mis la note maximale à cause du parking qui est trop petit pour l'hôtel et pour le restaurant qui est en self service. La qualité des repas est correcte mais sans plus. En revanche le choix des plats est nombreux y compris pour le petit déjeuner. Le restaurant propose une terrasse face aux jardins superbes. Même chose pour le bar de l'établissement. Cet hôtel est plutôt destiné aux personnes souhaitant profiter du spa et du thermalisme ( magnésium). De juillet à fin août des animations musicales sont proposées dans les jardins ou aux bars du ou des hôtels voisins. Mais le calme revient à 23 h. Si nous revenons dans cette hôtel, ce sera hors période estivale.

Il Grand Hotel è nel cuore di Rogaska, in Slovenia. Ha una struttura neoclassica con colonne e tempio frontale. Sale enormi con quadri sculture armi e corazze in bella vista. Quindi deve piacerti questo stile un po’ lugubre per usufruire dei servizi dell’hotel. Fatta questa importante premessa, occorre ammettere che tutto funziona a meraviglia: silenzio, biancheria in camera, bar e ristoranti spesso da prenotare e un lungo balcone al piano terra dove godere dell’aria fine di Rogaska. Personale educato e professionale, prezzi ormai simili a quelli italiani mentre fino a che la Slovenia non entrasse in UE si pagava quanto una pensione a Riccione. Lo consiglio, fatto salvo la premessa.

It is a beautiful structure to use in summer, a beautiful porch covered by a tent where, if possible, you can eat. It's a shame that at dinner time the curtain goes up and you are left uncovered and exposed to humidity. The rooms of the Grand are now old and dilapidated, with unusable mattresses. Let's not talk about the small swimming pool, the spa department. or saunas, maybe one in 4 works...relaxation deckchairs were once yellow, now they are grey, dirty. Something has certainly changed in the management because it was a pleasant hotel. Most of the staff are rude (perhaps or certainly poorly guided). It has become a hotel for groups and for stays of a few days, certainly not for relaxing and taking the care needed for well-being.

Hospitality, quitness and beautifull nature. Oerfect for long weekend. Prices are reasonable, in particular half board. Accomodation design follows history of this place and is modern and antic in the samo time. Spa is nice, pool, saunas, whirpool and if you like more privacy you may book roi spa for reasonable 15eur. Nothing to do with hotel but everything was closed on weekend and holidays, so if you forget something, like toothpaste you may need to take car and go to Croatia 😀

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, rooms are nice and big. There isnt nearly enough parking available, but staff will do their best to provide one. Included dinner was fine especially for its price.

My wife and I were there for a SPA weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer various treatments and other beauty providers are within walking distance. The hotel and Rogaška as a whole is great destination for a wellness since the prices are moderate and quality of services is great. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The bathroom is fully stocked with mini bottles of everything you might need and restocked every day. Food selection at breakfast is great. The location is the best in Rogaška located by the center of the park.

We spent seven wonderful days in this hotel. We were lucky that the weather was sunny all these days. Otherwise, there is not much choice for a person to have fun and spend his free time. We hiked 15-20 km every day, in the vicinity of Rogaška Slatina The hotel staff is at a high level. Food and service in restaurants is impeccable. The rooms are clean, and maybe the bed/mattress should be replaced. They are a little hard. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness room. But that is very modest. The pool is small, and the fitness room in the attic with very old equipment. I hope that the owner will do something about it.
