Hotel Avail Rogers, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I stayed one night while traveling in the area on business. The location is outstanding, with several restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Soundproofing was fantastic. I couldn’t hear anything outside my room. The room had ice cold air with a constant fan option to keep the air moving. Overall, a great stay. I highly recommend staying if you’re in the area.

I will be staying here again! This hotel is new, so there’s a lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I stayed here. It was clean, and so pretty. I got a king suite, and it was the perfect amount of space. The kitchen had everything you could need. The living room was comfy and a good size. The bedroom/bathroom were great! The only downside was at 11pm, I realized I couldn’t sleep because I was sweating.. I had the air on 64, and the fan on high, and it was HOT. I stood in front of the air conditioner, and it sounded like it was on, but no air was flowing out… so it was a restless night.. I wish I had discovered it earlier and I would have said something. Over all, I will be staying here again, very nice and the staff was professional. My suggestion, check the air conditioner is working before you go to bed.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed on backside which overlooked a small park-like area, very quiet. Nice amenities, great shower. The closet is lighted and contains a nice size safe. There is also a Nespresso machine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning was whisper quiet. There is a smart tv with the most popular streaming apps. All the staff we encountered gave excellent service, from valet to front desk. They don't have a full service breakfast restaurant, but there is a small cafe serving coffee and pastries. And there are several other coffee and bakery shops nearby. We were there for a combination anniversary/birthday celebration and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Oak Steakhouse. The restaurant has an upscale yet casual atmosphere. The food was good and the service impeccable! They made our celebration dinner truly special.

We checked into a hotel the night before and could not sleep. Nothing worked it was dirty and we had to leave. Upon looking for a new place to stay, we found the you hotel. We called Ella to see if they had openings and she not only got us into the most perfect room, but we explained that we were running around town with luggage in our car and so she got with housekeeping and had our room ready within an hour. She was the most pleasant and helpful hotel associate I’ve Ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The room was beautiful well appointed the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for the next three nights while we were there visiting family. Thank you Hotel Avail for hiring the most wonderful people and keeping a beautiful place.

Extremely nice staff especially having to check-in 2 hours early to attend a sporting event at 5PM at the Un of Ark. Looking forward to stsying here again!!

We had a wonderful two night stay, and we will definitely be back! Ella at the front desk was very friendly and helpful assisting us with a two bed suite. We loved the room! It was large, clean and comfortable. Also, the rooftop restaurant and bar is a great place to catch the sunset and have a delicious crafted cocktail. The location is great as well. Walkable to shops, coffee, and dinning. 10/10

Took a 2 night staycation at Avail and it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and I had no issues with service. Location is within walking distance to several boutiques, restaurants, and salons and spas. Parking is available in numerous areas near hotel, including a reasonably priced parking garage. The only thing that could make this hotel better is offering room service. I will return.

This hotel is really beautiful and nice. I've stayed at a few others in the area but none with such a lovely staff valet was amazing I think her name was Maddy at the front desk was kind and helped us with everything we needed including sharing lots of detail about dinner.
