Very nice clean hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating  Great location to the Walmart Amphitheater. Enjoy staying there

Very disappointing. Waited 3 hours to be checked in. Zoey, the guest services representative, practically threw the key at us and said “Your room is finally ready”. The bathroom floor, tub, and bed were covered in hair. We asked to be moved. The second room had food on the floor, upon entering.

there was a bed bug in my room, the handle to the sink was broken, for the pictures online it showed a hot tub and there wasn’t one, very outdated, soap dried my hair out, pool was disgusting and burned my eyes horribly, nothing like the pictures

We did not have a good experience here. Our accessible room has many issues including a shower chair that was pulling out of the wall and a door notifier that was simply missing. Overnight temperatures were in the 30s but the boiler was turned off so there was no heat in the building. Exterior door openers did not work. Staff was kind and caring and tried to help but had no authority or resources to fix any of these. After our stay management assured me these would all be repaired but I have no was of knowing if they were. I will not return.
