Fairfield Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers

Terrible amenities, pool closed. Room falling apart, not given room promised. Overcharged at hotel with hidden fees.

It was clean and had everything we needed and well located to what we needed. Our shower leaked so it was a little messy. The A/C was that noisy kind that can wake you up at night. Overall though it was a good experience.

I arrived at the front desk around 6:30am needing feminine hygiene products. The convenience items available were extremely limited, and when I asked the clerk for assistance, he informed me they had nothing of “that nature.” It was disappointing that such basic necessities weren’t stocked, and the phrasing felt awkward and unhelpful. For a hotel to not have these essential items available—or at least be able to direct guests to a nearby option—seems like a significant oversight in guest services.

Clean, quiet room with a great shower. I guess my only complaint is that the toilet took several tries before completely flushing. Still happy overall.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Complaint the automatic door closer was too strong, very difficult to open, required someone to assisted keeping door open while bringing large items in out or out. The handicap button didn't work properly. Will not stay again for this reason!

Room nice, hot breakfast great. Undisclosed parking fee. The hotel didn’t notify me of it, just ran the card on file after I checked out with notifying or requesting the fee.

Room was clean, breakfast was good (eggs, potatoes..), price was great. Was not expecting luxury just a good clean room at a reasonable price.
