We enjoyed our stay. The website was a little outdated as we picked a King room but it actually had two Queens. I notified the front desk and they moved us immediately. Breakfast was good and a slightly different menu each day which was nice. I’d come back for sure.

Excellent! Highly Recommend. Front Desk Staff we so helpful and friendly. Love the room layout, like a mini apartment which was great! Truly enjoyed how spacious and clean the room was.

Decor is obviously original. The bedside lamp had such a loose socket, the light bulb was just hanging under the lamp shade. The desk chair was made of vinyl. The vinyl was all worn and torn. I wouldn't even sit in this. This chair wouldn't sell at a yard sale for $1. The heater was so loud, it kept me up at night. No towel bars in the bathroom. The bar of soap was not much larger than a quarter!

Great hotel and convenient to EVERYTHING! We love NW Arkansas and will always stay here! Rooms were great and very roomy! There are many hotels in the area and we find Hyatt House is a wonderful home away from home!
