Excellent Stay with Outstanding Customer Service! We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing great service. Everyone was eager to help and made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Will, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and consistently provided service with a smile. Employees like Will are the reason guests return. I’ve booked this hotel for the past 3 years for my teams to stay at during the annual Chad Wolf Classic. The hotel has spacious rooms, great lobby area and outdoor pool for our group to hang out. Overall my families have enjoyed coming back year after year. The disappointment for me is as a Discoverist Hyatt Member and returning meeting planner at this property I’ve struggled to get a timely response to my requests to get my meeting planner points that are part of the perks of setting up a group. Unfortunately we may have to look elsewhere next year for the tournament.

My father, sister and I came for my niece’s college graduation. Our rooms were immaculately clean and neat. Ren, Renate and the other staff members were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Place in Rogers/Bentonville is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and roomy. The location is perfect if you're in Bentonville. Close to restaurants and stores. The value is great for the price. The service is wonderful. They employees are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We've used this Hyatt Place a few times with the rest of our family over the last few years. The best thing they have is the continental breakfast. Before you leave for the day, you can get breakfast before 9:30am. It's delicious. ... They also have a pool outside. Our grandkids used it when we were there a few years ago. It was fun. It's a great hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone!

Extremely convenient location. Rooms seemed small. Shower was the best. Towels were fresh. Room clean. Room lacked a private dressing area. Bed was soft. You will want to chose a room on the rear side for a quieter experience.

Excellent service at great location. There were renovating the building, so the main lobby was closed and there was a lot of construction: however, the staff were wonderful and made up for this.
