The overall design of the hotel was nice including the bar, but the food situation is a waste of time. They should not advertise to include breakfast for a fee. They give you a $10 voucher that you can either use for the gas station stuff or you can order a microwave sandwich / burrito. The room was small but very nice. The method of having the fewest workers possible in the lobby really doesn't work.

House keeping is aggressive about booting you out by 10 am. But the website says noon.

Got in late for the night. TV had signal for about 10 minutes, but was out the rest of the night. May have been weather factor.
Sheets smelled sour like they sat in a washer machine wet for a few days.
Carpet by bed near bathroom glazed window was wet and had a pet urine smell. Breakfast had sign to order at reception desk, but no one around for 10 minutes.
Other than these, the property was great. Staff was very friendly.

New Hotel, our room had issues with the HVAC system and poor circulation. Room was large and comfortable, Shower is great. Breakfast, market and bar options in Hotel as well.

Dylan was the best bartender ever !! He was attentive, and creative with his drink choices. We will be back in April and will be staying here because of him and his hospitality. Megan was wonderful with her knowledge of local eateries and recommendations. But please stop with the dehydrated fruit in the drinks

Although the hotel was showing a 3-star, and I usually stay at 4 or better, it was an adequate place to stay.
I really like the fact that people were actually downstairs in the lobby at the bar or in front of the fireplace or even playing pool and when we left the next morning for lunch the downstairs was pact with families as Santa was there taking pictures and seeing the kids. I thought that was different and nice.
The staff was amazing and the set up was also nice. Although my room was a bit small, it served its purpose. I would stay here again if I had too.

I would come here again just for Tori at the bar. She is absolutely tremendous and hooked me up with a new favor. I would absolutely book here again just for her. The rooms are clean, it’s in a good area, and the rest of the people are generally okay.
