Things did not work in room, maintenance could not fix them after 2 hours. Offered new room, that also had things not working! Was kept up into the early morning hours and the stay ended being a huge let down! Staff made us feel like we did something wrong. When going to front lobby we felt like we were always being watched, like we were doing something wrong. Shady place, shady location, shady clerk. Horrible stay! Zero stars!

This place was super sketchy but the “Owner” was even worse. Absolutely Terrible experience. The person behind the counter (who said his name was John) blatantly told lies. One minute he said he was the owner, next he said he was just the front desk person. He was extremely rude. Save your money, and the stress, and go stay somewhere else.

Single rooms are tiny. Icky tile floors in some rooms. Room smelled of smoke. Construction supplies left all over hallway next to guest rooms. Second room had dirty handprints all over windows. Used hand towels still hanging on towel rack. The property next door is scary. Cheap hotel attracts guests with lots of little kids that scream in the night and bang on the walls, as well as rude people who talk loudly on their phones with the speaker on at 1:30 AM. Only stayed here for a funeral because we carpooled from out of state and others in the group already had a reservation here because it was close to the funeral location. It was as awful as expected.

Elevator was broke down, food was cold, no water available, customer service was non existent!! Pictures, on the internet, are definetely not honest photos!! Such a disappointment.

The building is under remodeling and the room are lots smaller then pictured in ad. It is located next to a redown motel and not parking and parking spaces are small. It is overpriced for the size of the room
