Good location, friendly staff, but amenities are outdated and there was quite a bit of dust around our lampshade and nightstand.

30 mins from sonoma town itself. Big parking space within the hotel. Room looks old though but they are clean.

Minnete checked us in. We received the wonderful room we wanted! She took care of all the details! I really appreciate a hand held shower! Comfortable beds, and on the 1st floor! We have some disabilities, so the 1st floor is a great help. We even ended up with a good view. But remember we don't really care about the view.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Kathryn and Minnette H. during my recent visit to the hotel for union business. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and valued. Their cordial and professional demeanor put me at ease, and they went above and beyond to help me learn how to use the digital card, which has been a game-changer for me. The personalized attention and kindness they showed me, including offering me a warm cookie, made my day so much brighter. After a long day of work, their smiles and warmth were just what I needed to feel uplifted and prepared for the rest of my stay. I went to Double Tree for a seminar. Minnete H. was very kind and helpful when I checked in. Super easy to check in. The stay was pleasant. I would stay there again. I wish I brought a swim suit. It looked like there was a pool. I hope to stay again. Thank you.

The representative Minnete was very polite and knowledgeable, also the hotel is very clean but the sheets seems dated and the carpets in the hallways need some deep steaming so they can look like new again. ………………………………………………………………………….

This hotel is not up front with its charges. I made a last minute reservation for a family emergency by calling their off site reservation telephone number. I was not told that the room charges included an $18 fee for parking a car at the hotel! When we checked in we were not told that an $18 parking fee would be added. The receptionist didn't ask for any car information or give me a parking pass. They refused to refund the charges after I called and complained. They only said "it's mentioned on the website." They should inform guests at check-in of the option to park elsewhere and avoid the exorbitant parking fee. The parking lot wasn't even half full during the 12 hours we were there. I'll never stay at such a dishonest hotel again.

This was my first time staying at hilton. Great customer service great staff, Minnete helped us with all the paperwork plus greeted us with a warm welcome. Only one thing i was promised chocolate chip cookies but dint get them 😂😂😂😂😂....
