Service level is poor and also response level is not good. Even at 10pm there is no availability of room service staff. Overall poor experience

Mattress were not properly cleaned, the reception's number wasn't working. Response time was okay but we had to call every-time by private numbers. Towels weren't that clean and the wifi was not working. Stay was comfortable but they don't have that kind of vibe for which they are known to the world.
