Hotel Jay Deluxe

Room was not good. Very small. Ac was working like a fan. Lot of smell in bathroom. Very poor cleaning.

Everything is good in hotel. Like hygiene, food, location.

The location is good just in front of sasaram station, offers privacy to couples and good staff behavior

When i had booked the room i have additionally charged some amount as convenience charges that has been paid over the transaction and as special request i had mentioned check in time and check out time at 4 pm but suddenly at 10 am i received the call for hotel check out then i told the check out is at 4 pm as i had requested during booking and also informed the same during check in but they told no sir you have to pay the complete whole day charges and my train was on 4 pm so i wmtold them to wait i am checking with make my trip and let you know. And during that time it takes 2 hours to just consult make my trip customer service and finally they told for the extra charges and i left the room at 12 pm and i had paid one extra days 80% charges only for 2 hours and that 2 hour delay was due to make my trip customer service team and hotel coordination. This was the worst experience and it was horrible.

Had a pleasant stay along-with my friend as a tourist. The room was well furnished, very clean and maintained. Service was very good. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the town, just 2 minutes walk from sasaram railway station. The staff was ready for all the help that i asked for.
