late arrival. reach T1 but hotel shuttle don't pick up at T1. bigger room compared to city

The front desk was arrogant and rude. The plane was late and they didn't come to pick me up at the airport at 10 o'clock. So I took a taxi to the hotel. The bathroom floor was broken. I won't come next time.

I will definitely not stay here again
1. The facilities are old. After washing my hair, I found that the hair dryer in the bathroom was broken. I asked the front desk to send a hair dryer, but there was no hair dryer
2. The toothbrush and toothpaste in the vending machine are very expensive, about 7 euros
3. The shading effect of the room is not good. I was woken up by the light in the morning

Others are okay. It's the language barrier. I asked the front desk to go to Charles de Gaulle Airport and he asked me to take a taxi. I asked and it cost 180 euros. Then I asked someone to communicate in English and they called a taxi for me😡😡
