Zenitude Hôtel Résidences Roissy Village

The apartment smelled a bit during our entire stay. The front door was both too difficult to lock and too difficult to open with the card. We were also sent to the wrong apartment at first. WiFi hardly worked and you pay separately for parking a car. The location is especially convenient if you arrive by plane, but is quite far from all the interesting places by public transport. It is fun and safe for small children, because you can play/run on the lawns. Paris itself is fantastic and the French were nice.

We were greeted warmly, unfortunately the extra bed wasn't prepared, there was no additional blanket, only on request was one brought from another room.

I booked 2 nights in the establishment since August 19, 2023, from October 2 to 4 for my son, a young person who is entering working life in CDG. What was our surprise to know that upon his arrival, he was asked to go to another hotel (with his big suitcase) for one night, and to return the next evening. As if he only had any business being tossed around from right to left at 8:30 p.m.!!! Knowing that it’s been 2 months since we booked. I asked that at least the hotel where he was going to be relocated, they would arrange a Taxi for him the next morning Eklo Hotel (is a youth hostel), for the airport, because obviously he has to drag his suitcase (because the purpose of taking 2 nights in a row, it is still necessary to leave your suitcase at the hotel so as not to be inconvenienced). (If we would have wanted our son to share accommodation with other young people, we would have gone to see an Rbnb, but he needs to work on his lessons alone). Residhome refused to pay for a transfer with his suitcase. The youth hostel is far from bus stops. The receptionist told us (because I called) “you cancel the hotel nights and we will refund you…. Easy to say when you know that during this period all the hotels in Roissy are either full or at exorbitant prices. Therefore, today I canceled the rest of our reservation and want a refund, including the difference for the hotel room (youth hostel) where they transferred my son. I am waiting for my refund. It’s so easy to pick on a young person. Their commercial side is deplorable...to be avoided!!!

Stayed at this hotel for work. There were 3 of us and we were supposed to stay for a month, but after 2 weeks we managed to escape from this degraded place with very rude staff. The rooms were cleaned after 13 days, I found 2 cockroaches, you had to throw the rubbish into the bins in the street alone and without they even gave you a clean bag, toilet paper ran out and impossible to find, NO AIR CONDITIONING but with a fan (and we are talking about a 4 star), we had several problems in the rooms and we reported this several times to the reception but without resolution. But the most hateful thing was the rudeness and discourtesy of the staff, especially the shuttle drivers. STAY AWAY

Poor, non-existent breakfast at 9 a.m., only 2 croissants and very little else left, conclusion no breakfast (paid 15€ per person) The reception is deplorable, the receptionists speak every other word of French and do not understand the requests, when they do the responses are non-existent or extremely slow. The staff is incompetent. The rooms are in a pitiful state, the toilet is dirty and not maintained, the radiator is holding on by the holy operation and I think that if I turn it on I will set the room on fire, dangerous and dirty!! The screen that should prevent the bathroom from getting soaked is a failure. ATTENTION ON THE SITE IT IS SPECIFIED SHUTTLE, except that when we called them at the airport station they told us take the regular bus we do not have shuttles… Honestly move on and go elsewhere

Cheap for the price but organization and cleanliness to be reviewed. 108€ per night + 8€ outdoor parking, the price is unbeatable. do not expect luxury but a low-cost accommodation solution. the reception speaks English and the different people are smiling

There is no air conditioning, it cannot be a 4-star hotel without air, they invite you to open the room windows to let the air in and mosquitoes and flies enter. Hard beds. For work we stayed in this hotel and they have never fixed the air, we have very long flights where we need to rest and with the heat it is really impossible.

Closed residence. So for children ideal for running and playing. Spacious apartments. For a weekend everything you need is on site. Good welcome. Places available for the car. 20 minutes from Parc Astérix. All apartments are designed for 4 people.
