The 2 nights at the reception look down on customers (a certain category)
Training would be necessary for ALL HSK service both on room cleaning and customer contact (necessary for a 4*)

I had booked and I subsequently canceled since the spa was not working, the staff told me you can cancel we will refund you, but I still haven't been refunded, it's not serious at all!!!

They stole our towel and a charger but they also made a retention of money for our charisma room and they have not yet returned it. They have to do so within 3 days at the latest and it has been more than 9 and they have not released the withheld amount. The rest is fine, thank you

The studios are really spacious, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, the toilets are separate. It really feels like home. I really enjoyed this short stay. The rooms are clean, just need to review the bathroom finishes. Otherwise I recommend
