Mohamed has been a very kind host, trying to find a solution as we were not supposed to come this day ! All the staff is professional, the food simple and healthy, the room clean and confortable, to make it short it was cool to stay there Kind regards Eric

Clean, large place, welcoming staff. Located close to Wadi Bani Khalif and the dessert (about half an hour drive). A bit run down, some details could be improved, but otherwise a pretty decent place to spend a night.

The owner Mohammed welcomed us in a friendly and pleasant way. He speaks Italian and is very kind and helpful. Very good food and extremely clean place. Super recommended if you are passing through towards Wadi Bani Khalid!!

What a wonderful place, we really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel location is what we like so much especially that it’s near wadi bani Khalid, Whaiba sands and easy to go sur, Ashkara and Masira.. I recommend it

The hotel is in a great location for an overnight stay near Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert. The rooms are very large and very clean and rather spartanly furnished. But that is more than enough for one night. The friendly owner of the hotel is unique. He looked after us very individually and organized a desert tour for the next morning. Experiencing the sunrise in the desert was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. In the evening you could order from a menu and everything was freshly prepared for us, the only guests.

We chose this property because it is in a strategic position to visit Wadi Bani Khalid. The owner Mohammed, who runs this clean and welcoming facility together with his family, speaks excellent Italian. Good lunch and dinner buffet. I highly recommend it.

I have the impression that they only get their high ratings because they are the place with the best presence on booking platforms in the region. The 'apartments', as they call it, are not even equipped with the most basic stuff for preparing food or hot drinks. Yes, there was a small kitchen pantry next to the room but there were no dishes, no cutlery, no pots or pans etc. The price is way too high for what you get!

We stopped here for lunch in this clean, nice place with great attention to detail. We ate very well, fresh and genuine food, the owner speaks Italian fluently and is friendly and kind. I recommend it to everyone and we hope to return one day, who knows?
