Situé dans le complexe Paddock à 5 min du meteo ligne 5. Hôtel très récent, petit déjeuner correct et parking à proximité en supplément.

hôtel agréable , bon accueil et chambre bien décorée et également bien insonorisée.
Les petits bémols:
La propreté des toilettes , présence de tâches blanches sur la lunette des toilettes et eau des toilettes pas nette "quelques particules marron" chasse probablement mal tiré et visiblement pas de produit désinfectant dans la cuvette ce jour là.heureusement que je ramène toujours mes lingettes désinfectantes qui ont enlevé de suite les tâches et j'ai du également tiré la chasse (mais le problème c'est qu'à la base on ne vient pas pour faire le ménage surtout à ce prix).
Nous avons également été étonné que la femme de ménage frappe à notre porte afin de savoir à quelle heure nous pensions quitter la chambre alors que nous avions une bonne heure devant nous.
Dernière déconvenue le prix du parking ayant doublé .

Terrible customer service from the Black lady at the reception, I had already booked my room which she told me was available on the spot ( 17 April 2024) when she debited my visa card, she then told me the room was only available at 13pm. I had flown from Montreal to Paris and arrived @9am at the hotel, I then asked if she can accommodate an early checking she reply NO. I then cancel my booking she automatically pulled her teeth, and mumbling in French with her colleague. I had stayed the hotel before and met a really nice gentlemen at the reception but yesterday service was so awful, she didn't even manage to try to see what she can do. I guest these days having a fidelity card or being a member doesn't mean much. Ibis Romainville you are done to me.

Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Personnel très serviable, lit d’appoint accordé alors que nous avions réservé pour 2 à la base mais suite à un contretemps …

Zusätzliche Gebühr von 35€ für früheren Check-In gefordert, obwohl Hotel offensichtlich nicht ausgelastet war. Sehr kleines Frühstück mit kaum Auswahl. Kaffee-Spezialitäten aus Vollautomat anstatt mit frischer Milch nur mit Milchpulver.
Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal, saubere moderne Unterkunft. Kleiner Mini-Kühlschrank für eigene Getränke/Speisen auf dem Zimmer. Sehr fairer Preis. Gute und nahe Anbindung (5 Min. Fußweg) an die Metro (ca. 30 Min. bis Innenstadt) und zwei Buslinien. Ruhige Umgebung bei Nacht.
