Struttura molto bella ed elegante situata vicino al centro città a pochi minuti dal centro commerciale, peccato per alcune disattenzioni per quanto riguarda la camera..gentilissima la ragazza della reception che ci ha subito dato le chiavi della stanza accanto .

The staff is kind, they are friendly and try to stay professional as much as possible given the circumstances. The premises are clean and room is classic good and friendly ambient. The problem is the air condition was not working at all. They still sell the hotel service at 4 star level but they do not give you any prior notification the AC would not be on your purchase list. But of course the price was like for the entire list of services promoted. The air in the room was 26-27 degrees and they told us it is not warm enough to start air conditioning.So we open the windows and we struggled with the street noise from outside all night long. Too bad for the young employees doing their best in their line of work, the management is not up to the task. Prices are quite high but do not expect anyone to provide you with value for money. We do not recommend this hotel in Roman, except desperate cases when you have no other choice. So, people, stay away from it !

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa. Struttura bellissima, gestita dalla Signora Ramona in modo eccellente. Lo staff sempre attento e presente per qualsiasi esigenza. Pulizia delle stanze OK. Ristorante TOP! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Bellissima struttura, molto elegante e accoglienza alla reception ottima, le stanze molto pulite e spaziose, dispone di una spa carina. Il ristorante eccellente, gestito dalla signora Ramona che non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla, e il cameriere che ci ha servito Dennis molto gentile. Si mangia molto meglio rispetto a tutti i ristoranti della zona, prezzi buoni e servizio veloce. In oltre dispone di sale grandi dove è possibile organizzare feste e ricevimenti. Un saluto a tutto il resto del personale, spero di tornare presto!

We stayed at Roman Hotel for a full week. The room was standard but definitely not of a 4 star hotel standard. The room was lacking in facilities such as an kettle, mugs or even an mini fridge. The bathroom looked nice from a distance but up close there were many defects such as a cracked wall between the bathroom door and the wall. I don’t recommend getting a breakfast here as each morning when we went down to the breakfast buffet everything was empty. There was only leftovers foods, nothing to amount to a paid breakfast. The girls when asked if anything else was left proceed to say there was but she never made the effort to refill all breakfast foods. Overall, very dissatisfied and left with a bitter taste. I don’t recommend. There are cheaper hotels around offering way more comfort and quality.

The hotel is clean, say clean, warm, toilet in good condition. good food but if you get to the SPA I don't recommend it in any form ... in the jacuzzi the cold water, in the steam sauna smells awful of mold, the robes a bit yellow in the neck area. Although I talked to the person in charge of the SPA and I asked him to heat the water a little more, he told me that it was a few degrees higher but he didn't feel anything. .. overall the room is ok ok you still have to improve the 4 STAR Hotel ...
