We loved everything about out stay in Soha! So close to Trevi Fountain and restaurants and shops! Will surely recommend to family and friends!

I know this is a guest house, rather than a full service hotel however it was just not pleasant. Hot and sticky, fixtures and fittings were falling off. Bedding / toiletries were the cheapest possible. The only real positive was the central location.

A nice boutique very well located in Rome. Close to both the railway station and metro. Service is handled by a local who is helpful and is constantly checking if your stay is going well.

This is not a hotel. This is a guesthouse. Therefore, there are no hotel services and amenities. I can't confirm if the front desk is also open. On March 30, 2024, around 7 p.m., I went to the above hotel alone (with a reservation in advance). It was like a regular house in downtown Rome and had a door, but it was tightly closed. In a perplexed state, I asked a nearby restaurant employee if it was a hotel, and the employee said that he was close to the hotel's owner. The restaurant employee used my cell phone to call the hotel owner, gave me the door password, and showed me to the room. Then, the city tax of 14 euros is paid in cash and no receipt is given. I said no credit cards. It was like a small townhouse, but it was a quiet place with no one except me. I came here thinking I had booked a hotel, but felt strange in many ways, so I went to another nearby hotel, Sina Bernini, and bought a room, and returned to the above soha~~ hotel around 10 p.m. However, the door was still locked, and when I pressed the password and entered the building, the narrow hallway was completely dark. I went up to my room on the second floor, picked up my luggage, and returned to my newly purchased hotel, Sina Bernini. Even though the Sina Bernini Hotel is a 5-star hotel, it only charges a city tax of 10 euros and I paid with a credit card. The next day, at 3pm, I went back to the above Soha~~ hotel, met the hotel hostess, asked what kind of hotel this was and asked for a refund. The hotel manager said no, so I told her that I would report to the Rome city hall that I had received the city tax of 14 euros in cash and had not given a receipt. The hotel lady said she would refund the city tax of 14 euros and only refund one person (50%) of the hotel stay, so I asked for a full refund and the hotel lady agreed. When I returned to Seoul on April 3, the hotel manager's attitude changed and she said she would not refund me even a penny. In the end, with Trip.com providing me with a small amount of compensation, I ended up experiencing room operation in a private house-modified inn disguised as the hotel above, where everything was dark and there was no hotel staff in sight. At that time, I felt like I was the only person in that soha~~hotel building at night. I looked around the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st floors of the dark and narrow building stairs inside the soha hotel twice, around 7pm and 10pm, and there was no sign of anyone at all.

I don't know why the rating is so high. The hot water in the room is very small. It is very dirty and torn. The quilt smells. On the last day, I asked the landlord to store my luggage. The landlord agreed to stay at the reception desk. When I got the luggage, the landlord actually put it directly at the door. I don't know where he went. Maybe the only good thing is the location. I really don't recommend it.

The location is very convenient. The room is large. The price/performance ratio is good.
