No elevator to the first floor and throughout our stay the hot water is extremely unstable, most of the days we can only bath with cold water. The only great thing is the location.

Booked this for my son and his girlfriend who were joining us in Rome. They reported that it was a very comfortable 1-night stay (we went on to a larger, family apartment together the next day). Great location near us. On the busy shopping street, but very quiet. Would surely book again.

The room is not very big, in an old building with modern decoration, located in the bustling Corso Avenue, close to the Spanish Square, and very convenient to go anywhere. The soundproofing effect is good when the windows are closed at night, and the air conditioning is powerful, but it's a pity that the water in the shower room is not very good. The staff is very friendly and will actively provide help.

It's not a hotel at all, it's just a famous hotel in a building on a shopping street. And the address of this hotel is wrong. When you get there, you have to call someone to pick you up... Go to the building next door. The soundproofing is also very poor.

Very Good

The room is in a good location, only half an hour's walk from the Vatican Museum, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Colosseum, which is quite convenient. Hygiene: The capsule coffee machine was not cleaned, and the cup was covered with dust, so we didn't dare to use it. Other conveniences and hygiene were OK. There is a drying device in the room, and underwear can be dried after washing, which is quite convenient.

I'll record this strange trip. I've been booking hotels on Trip.com and I'm considered an old user. First of all, it's not easy to get to the hotel in a 40-degree weather. After arriving, I found that the address marked on the Ctrip interface is not a real address. After arriving at the site, you need to call the hotel front desk and ask the front desk to pick you up (there is a small black sign on the wall with the phone number). The front desk will not tell you the real address of the hotel at this time, and will ask you to pick you up all the time. If you insist on asking for the address, she will start speaking Italian and pretend that she doesn't have your mobile phone number. After I asked for the address to no avail, I was exposed to the sun on the street for 40 minutes before the front desk came to pick me up. After looking at the room, the hotel front desk immediately sent me a text message, which shows that the so-called no mobile phone number is a pure lie. In addition, the hotel front desk can basically not provide any service. Basically, after she came, she sent the guests in and left. The hotel is located within a 5-10 minute walk from the marked location. After arriving, the whole building has no security. The door password is a series of numbers, which can be opened at will, which is very unsafe. The interior of the room is very tidy, but please note that there are no two beds marked by Ctrip! It's called living alone! There are no two beds! Every door in the hotel is difficult to open, the door panels are as brittle as paper, the locks are faulty and can't be closed, and you have to hit the door hard to close it, which is terrible. The building is a very old building, and the bed is new, but very damp.

Extremely clean room, well located! The building is old like most in Rome, but the room is modern. I will come back more often
