For what I needed it was just right.. plane got changed and I needed something affordable and quick. Room was more than enough for just one night.
Only cons which didn’t bother me too much was the pillows were very thin but again that’s a personal thing.
I actually enjoy the walk into more central Rome seeing as it was almost a straight line to it.
For one night I would stay again.

This would be a top recommendation, but the noise levels are really high at 60 dB with the windows shut at night! The staff have done a really good job of making it welcoming and efficient, and the location next to (ok 10 minutes walk from) the Colosseum is great. However, sleeping at that volume for me was tough and I am usually a good sleeper. I would stay again, but not if I needed rest for the next day!

A decent, unpretentious guesthouse; I wouldn't quite call it a hotel. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. The location is excellent.

Amazing location, a great price and very well run with a kitchen and breakfast area included. It is however quite noisy, with typical traffic levels inside the room with the windows shut averaging at 50dB and peaking at 60dB in any given minute. Personally, I think it is still great value, but not suitable for people with noise sensitivity.

Great place to stay. Easy to find and easy to access. Clean and just what you need and nothing more. Even better with complimentary breakfast snacks.
Last positive feature was the ability to leave luggage in the common room even after checkout. Very handy when we had a full day of exploring ahead in 35degree heat. Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

Awesome place to live while in Rome. Very responsive and good communications. About 15 mins walk to the colosseum. Centrally located. 10 mins walk to the train station. Would stay here again.
