marvelous! The room was very comfortable and big, luckily it was upgraded. There was a lot of fruit, and everyone in the hotel was very friendly, especially the check-in staff, who were very enthusiastic and introduced us to the list of restaurants and attractions. If I have the opportunity to return to Rome next time, I will still want to book here. Highly recommend

The location is superior, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, and only three to five minutes away from the shopping street. The service is not bad, everything you need is there. There are many welcome fruits, and the glass of mineral water is placed on the bedside after turning down the bed. There are scales! This is very important! The room is quite big, with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no view. However, the terrace bar on the top floor has a nice view, overlooking St. Peter's Basilica, it is very pleasant to drink a glass of wine.

I was a little disappointed when I just checked in. The hotel is very small, the rooms are small, and the street at the entrance is very narrow. The rooftop terrace is the highlight, where breakfast and dinner can be settled on the terrace. Breakfast is not a buffet, but the quality is very good. Sightseeing and shopping are all within a ten-minute walk. It is recommended to run in the morning, the scenic spots are less crowded and cool.

The room is a bit small, but the location is good. The first pasta and pizza restaurant in the hotel is very good. Shopping is convenient.

The service is warm, and the check-in has also been upgraded to a small suite

hotel is fabulous. The employees are outstanding. The Concierge department is the best I've ever worked with totally accommodating with above and beyond for us. Lovely room would stay there immediately on my next trip to Rome. I had multiple meals in their Michelin star restaurant on the Rooftop . Absolutely excellent would go back immediately.great trip

The quality of the rooms, service and overall ambiance were all outstanding The stay we had was only 3 days and we would visit the first Arte Roma hotel again and will recommend this hotel to others There was some ongoing construction outside of of windows which retraced from our views

The First Roma Arte is a gem. It’s a boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and roof top bar for a refreshing aperitif after a long day of sightseeing. The cocktails were creative and were accompanied by a delicious spread of small plates ( No erxtra charge) which could almost substitute for dinner. As a bonus, the rooftop is where you have a scrumptious breakfast with splendid views. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here, you can’t go wrong. Wait, there’s more: a Michelin star hotel on premises for a dining adventure.

Used AmEx points to book. Great location--tucked on a side street while being close to bustling tourist attractions. Staff was attentive, pleasant, and always read to help. Room was spacious and comfortable. Not a single thing to complain about!

We had a wonderful stay at The First Roma Arte thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Nathalia and Bianca who always went out of their way to make our stay easy. The location of the hotel is just perfect, close to Piazza di spagna and the old city. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Very nice breakfast.

My stay at The First Roma Arte was really pleasant, the hotel staff was amazing: nice, caring and professional. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast we had there, it was all so delicious and I really appreciated the patience and constant kindness of the staff. The location is just perfect, right in the core of the city center. Loved my stay in Rome and in The First Arte, I would definetely recommend it for anyone who wants to have a fantastic time in Rome!

Good location, easy walk to sights First room on level 4, renovated with outside terrace, room tiny with very few storage. Moved room to larger unrenovated suite. Plenty of space for 7 days. 2 bathroom facilities with lukewarm water, common on lower floors. Natalie, front of house was excellent. She & her team organise tours, dinner bookings, booked taxis, made our stay wonderful. Her suggestions were spot on. A big thanks to her. She is a valued person of the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel recently refurbished. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Roof top breakfast is excellent and service professional and gracious. We stayed in a junior suite. No views but roof top views are all you need. Rooms are clean and modern and super comfortable.

This was our first time in Rome and our experience was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful and it smells really good too. The staff is so helpful and kind and very easy to communicate with. We had a gorgeous, clean room with a hot tub on the deck. The bathroom was large and the shower had nice, strong water pressure. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were delicious and unique. The bar staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the cocktails and worked hard to make us feel at home. We will for sure stay at The First when we are in Rome again in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond in every way.
