Perfect location for city travellers - key touristic spots are accessible just by walking. For Night time quite Safe as the area is nearby some government buildings (police officers seen nearby). Only one downside during my stay was renovation ongoing next door though it starts 8:00am in the morning, so still kinda acceptable as we’re up and ready for the day. I want to come back and stay at this apartment if I visit Rome again.

Stay was spectacular! They were so nice and the apartments were fantastic. Very very clean and I am OCD. I would stay here again on our next trip.

This B&B is great. Although the front desk is not open 24 hours a day, the service is very good. Our train was late and it was past their working hours. They recorded a video in advance to tell us how to check in by ourselves, and also turned on the air conditioner in advance and pulled up the sofa bed. It is close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon

The room is big, but there is a charge for changing towels

The attitude of the service staff is very good, but if you want to clean the room, you should pay attention to the extra charge. Although there is an elevator, you need to carry your luggage yourself in some places. The overall quality is very good

Friendly management great location Excellent and excellent cleanliness and order in the spaces ... as well as attention and service from the staff ... you need a sign with the name of the hotel to identify it easily and not waste time !!!!

Such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The whole place was quiet, clean and with everything you could possibly need - staff were super attentive and warm. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome - thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Oriana Homel Rome. Excellent location getting by every where so easy. Modern fresh apartment, friendly and responsive staff to our questions and requests. They also provide recommendations to nearby restaurants and neighborhood to explore. We would come back and certainly recommend this place to friends who visit Rome!

Clean, cosy and close to everything, very nice! The staff is very helpfull and always on call, recommend 👍🏻 Location is great, close to main street with all of the stores, public transport and gelato :) near the local restaurants with great food… Love it.

The location is prime. The room we had had three little (very little) balconies that looked out on the streets which was fun. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, the photos online were a bit deceiving. It made it seem as though our place had two levels (it showed stairs inside) as well as a rooftop terrace with a table and chairs and umbrella and a window looking out onto a monument. All of that was computerized and none was true. All that being said, I’d still return bc of its location and cleanliness!

We just checked out of this hotel. Family of four, first time in Rome. We were in Apartment 200 and loved it. Very spacious. A small kitchen, table sitting area, and pull out sofa (American full size +) on main floor and a queen/king size bed and bathroom in loft area. Our teenage boys fit fine on the pull out sofa. The Unit also had a walk out roof top terrace that was lovely for drinking coffee or sipping wine in evening. The location was close to shops, a cafe right next door for coffee and pastries in morning. Taxi station around the corner. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again - no doubt.

We rented two apartments. One for my wife and myself, and one for our three children. The accommodations were wonderful. And the staff was very helpful. We had a full kitchen and a loft with a king size bed, which was very comfortable. The living room has a fold out couch, which would be helpful if we had just one other child traveling with us. Our children loved their apartment as well. I highly recommend it.

Location was great. Close to Trevi Fountain & walking distance to Spanish Steps & Colosseum.Taxi stop was right around the corner. Hotel was ok except for the hot water: as we checked in we were notified that hot water runs out due to old building. They need to post this on their website. This would have been a deal breaker for us as there were 4 of us & by the time the 4th person had to take a shower there was no hot water. After the 1st day we needed to have 2 take showers at night time. A bit of an inconvenience after long days of being out all day.

Unbeatable location, amazing facilities. Loved our stay here! Arianna there was super helpful, would definitely suggest to everyone visiting! The bus stop is right outside the building and is reachable on foot to all main tourist destinations
