I'm reviewing this property because the website states it's wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately, that's not the case. The property is clean and located on the fourth floor of a building with other facilities. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible, and the elevator is very small; only foldable wheelchairs fit inside (elevator dimensions: 35 x 1.60 cm, making it very difficult to maneuver even inside). I didn't leave because I would have lost my entire prepaid reservation (***********). I recommend that various websites include in their descriptions that the property is not wheelchair accessible.
