Facilities: Relatively old, the rooms are small, safe
Hygiene: average
Environment: The location and price are really advantageous. It takes 3 to 4 minutes to walk to Termini.
Service: The service staff are very enthusiastic
More suitable for those who arrive at the train station late or need to leave early in the morning.

It's close to Termini Station, and it's reasonably priced, but there are rooms without air conditioning. It was too absurd to only book a room with breakfast.
There were many unpleasant parts in the room, and fortunately, the staff was friendly.

I have never left a review nor felt inclined before staying here, Female Travellers group of 4, ages 20 from Aus - have never felt more in danger in our lives and stayed in many budget accommodations across Europe and nowhere did we feel this level of unease. thought I was going to leave this hotel in a body bag. Staff where nice enough for what it was - however the area this hotel is in is dangerous. Staying here ruined my time in Rome, could not eat for the 3 days I stayed here and was fearful to leave the hotel, fearful to walk round the hotel and fearful to be in the room. Had to barricade ourselves in the room at night as could hear men mumbling outside the doors at all hours, constant car alarms outside meant no sleep as well as yelling fights on streets. There was a gang waiting outside the entrance at all times of the day. This hotel also operates as a men's hostel, we did not know this when we booked. Do yourself a Favour and please stay anywhere else if you are a female traveler, in perhaps somewhere not near this area, it was truly a skid row experience.

After reading reviews I was quite concerned as I had already booked and paid. We felt quite safe in the building and the location fantastic. The rooms were clean and sheets as well. There is 24hr reception so always someone to buz you in. At breakfast, which was continental and adequate, there were people with children and couples like ourselves. Rooms are old and unrenovated.Good eateries very close by as well as the Rome Termini Rail Station some 100mtrs away. Yes very ,very basic and old inside, but quite safe and managers very helpful. If on a budget, I would give recommendation.

No safety at all. The hotel was on fire and the fire alarms were not working. No fire extinguishers. The staff ran away in the middle of the night while the guests were asleep. Rooms were filled with smoke and heard people screaming. We had to leave everything behind and run.

This is the worse hotel i have ever been in, we are a group of 20 people who had diffrent room and one person on another room, her towel was dirty and she complained and the staff got very defensive and rude when you asked them about something Another person in our room "lost" his pants which only could have been in the hotel room and was nowhere to be found also his 20 Euro of cash was gone and they looked through the whole place and when they asked the staff they got defensive and said they had never touched our clothes when we have all experienced coming back to our room and had our clothes who was outside of our bags folded which contradicts what the staff says, we haven't gotten the pants and it looks bad on that front The WiFi sucks and barely works in our room so I have personally used mobile data the whole trip which is a extra cost for people who don't have much mobile data, some rooms seem to have it better on that front than others (me) The rooms are basic and is just beds and a small TV, some rooms didn't have a TV I think. Don't go here

This is a basic hotel located on a single floor (4th) of a large block, very close to the main railway/metro/coach terminus. The staff were very friendly, and there was always someone around. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. On the down side, the safe did not work, and the shower was a bit low pressure. The lift is very small, and only takes three people (at a push). There was supposed to be breakfast provided, but we didn't see any. No problem - plenty of places on your doorstep. The location is pretty good. When you go out in the morning, there is all the hustle and bustle of a city waking up, and there are plenty of cafes and bars to eat at, or small shops selling almost everything you could want. In the evening, the whole area comes to life, with literally dozens of excellent restaurants and bars - all within a hundred yards or even less. It is also right next to the metro and train terminus, so you can get anywhere very quickly. Despite this, we were never disturbed by exterior noise. We could have paid twice as much, and though the room would have been nicer, we wouldn't have had the convenience. So to finish - recommended for those on a budget. You can pay more, but why would you?

I had not yet seen a hotel like this in all my travels, terrible, but quite a lot, hard beds, bathroom not to be commented on, the bidet was not in our room but there was a tap inside the vwater to do it there ', and whoever puts their hands in there for goodness sake. Breakfast? Booo maybe the pastas were the only good ones when you found them, small tables, many people were standing waiting to have breakfast. Let's say that if they hadn't made us pay for the entire stay at the beginning we would have run away.
