The hotel advertised: elevator and common kitchen. Both were either out of order or non existent. The location was walking distance to taxi’s and lots of restaurants and shops, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Georgio was very helpful in pointing out where to go & how to get there, however as soon as we returned home we realized we had left a box with a couple of necklaces and a bracelet in the drawer. Georgio found it and even though it has been over 7 months we still have had no luck with him returning it. We have had 2 separate people try to contact him to pick them up and a local address in Italy to send it to, with me offering to pay for any expenses and inconvenience he incurred. He has assured me on numerous occasions that he would return it but I am so disappointed that he hasn’t made any attempt.

The owner was rude on the phone. Otherwise, everything was really good. Check in 5 Room 4 Location 5

This is a small hotel in a great location. It is a converted apartment with just 3 rooms and staff is not always on location. Our room was clean and charming. Staff was very nice and offered assistance throughout our stay. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially when I compare this hotels to others I have experienced in Rome.

We really enjoyed the room, from the welcome to the farewell. Very clean, excellent location, modern air-conditioning, confortable bath. We love the feeling of indipendence that we had; get the keys and feel free to walk-in whenever you want. Although on a busy street the windows kept noice away.
