Near to the transport, supermarket, restaurants. Very good B&B. We travelled with family. The owner was very helpful. No problems with checking.

Great place with great host! Mario help us a lot before and during our stay. Rooms are clear and very comfortable. Every morning we have a very nice and delicious breakfast. In property there is very nice and cosy relaxing area. Next time when we go to Rome again we obviously will go to this place again!

The room was beautiful and really clean. They prepared home made breakfast everyday, and it was so delicious. They made it with love!😊 The host was very friendly, everything went fine. I absolutely recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay at Mario’s B&B ! Breakfast was such a great touch and we loved using the upstairs patio as well as the balcony in our room. The beds where comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool !

Beautiful and clean rooms. Free WiFi and rooms air conditioned. Lovely place to have breakfast , lunch and dinner up on the top terrace before heading off into Rome for the day. Quick and easy links from Rome station. Will be booking again! Thanks Mario!

It was such a a joy to stay at the B & B Abbraccia Morfeo. It's so quiet and secure, so peaceful. The wisteria was in bloom over our balcony, adding to the lovely ambience of the place. Such an idyllic setting with a lovely courtyard to take in. It was fun to watch the 4 cats that roam the property. Two of them walked right into our room! The black cat loves to be petted; I was happy to oblige. The bed and pillows were perfect and the rooftop was a great spot for enjoying the sunshine. The host, Mario, is a wonderful communicator and is eager to please. Mario fixes a wonderful breakfast for the guests in his 3 rooms. You will have plenty of fuel for exploring. It's a quick tram ride to the main terminal, so that's an added bonus. Waking up to birdsong, seeing an orange tree out the bathroom window...heaven. I will happily stay there again if I have the privilege to do so.

This AirBnB was amazing. Our room was very comfortable, beautiful, and with a lot of character. It overlooked a lovely garden and you could see the mountains in the distance. The upstairs kitchen is bright, clean and very well equipped with anything you may need. Breakfast was perfect in terms of both quantity and quality. The nicest feature of the upstairs area is the outside space/rooftop that you can go to anytime during the day to relax, enjoy some sun or just have your coffee. The street is quiet so there is no disturbance which is quite nice after visiting the busy city centre. Mario was a very warm and welcoming host and we felt very comfortable with him around. We could definitely feel that the house is genuinely loved and well cared for so there is a cosy and homely feeling in the air. The distance from Termini station is also ideal and there is a direct tram taking you to the house. Very easy and convenient. I would recommend this stay to anyone and will definitely come back myself whenever I visit Rome again. Thank you Mario!
