Building without a lift to go up with strollers and suitcases. Dirty and too small rooms not to mention the bathroom with a tiny sink where you can't even wash your face .. the only positive thing is the location.

I stayed for 4 nights in January 2022 and I must say that I had a good time. Contact with Stefania and Angelica has always been quick and punctual. Upon our arrival there was a problem with check-in due to a previous check-out that had not yet taken place. After apologizing for the inconvenience, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The location is very convenient for visiting Rome both on foot and by public transport. Quiet area. Excellent value for money.

We just stayed here for 3 days. Location is fantastic! Busstops, metro, hop on hop off busses, fontana di trevi, restaurants and shops just around the corner, and even one nice restaurant when you get out of the door. Friendly host who arranged our transport from and to the airport. Basic facilities( shower and toilet in the room) all very clean, but no luxury( which wasn’t necessary for us. Good bed, very good noise isolation, we had a good sleep, airco in the room. No breakfast was no problem with all the restaurants near. We will come back for sure if we go to Rome again👍 thank you Gabriele ! Greetings Greg and Els
