So terrible for the 3 nights! Very dirty room , old furniture, broken bedding! Dirty towels, did not clean the room at all! The worse thing is that I got skin allergy, and I am sick of staying in this hotel !

Ottimo  molto bello e pulito, vista stupenda, ambiente sicuro anche a notte fonda in strada adiacente .

Excellent very nice and clean, wonderful view, safe environment even late at night in the adjacent street.

• BED BUGS • the toilets didn't flush properly • there was mould all over the bathroom (walls and floor) • you have to pay €2 for towels • there was no hot water • the room was freezing • the radiator did not work • you have to pay for air-conditioning • the beds were uncomfortable • the receptionist was NEVER at his desk during times he should be • I always had to wait for a long time at the front door to be let in • loud guests allowed to sit in the corridor and chat • a lot of noise from outside • one of the plug sockets didn't work Need I go on?
