Walls in our room were dirty and dusty. Mold in the bathroom and around our window. A/C controlled by front desk, so you have to call for them to turn it off and on, kind of annoying. Entrance to the museum of Vatican is across the street, so too many people in front of the hotel all the time. Noise in the morning from other guests and house keeping can get loud. Worst part is check out at 10am. Definitely not staying there again.

It’s quite basic. Good as a stopover. Literally in front of the Vatican museum where there is a massive queue. Close to great restaurants. Breakfast was basic. However it is not a large hotel.

Service from staff was excellent. We were always glad our room was clean and had fresh towels daily. Breakfast choices were also awesome. Two things I’m not 100% glad with was the absence of AC in the room which was uncomfortable at night even with 2 windows open. We came first week of April and it was hot. Also the start of breakfast could be earlier like 6am as we had to leave the hotel for activities around 6am in some days of our stay. But overall I still would say this is a great hotel especially for the location.

This hotel is rubbish. The frontdesk forced me to check in with a very cold attitude and no respect for passengers at all. In some cases, they even use verbal attacks and do not recommend staying.

The hotel was great. Marcelo and Sofia were so helpful at the reception desk. Cristhy helped us with everything we needed for our room. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Location was the best. We were so close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica.

It has a very caring, friendly, and solution-oriented staff. Transportation everywhere is very easy from the hotel, because it is very close to the stops and right across from the Vatican. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Rome. The hotel is clean, well-kept and quiet. beds are comfortable. I think the breakfast is sufficient and suitable for vegetarians as well. Additionally, the reception and lobby are very stylish.

We had a nice size room, it had great amenities, and it was in very convenient area for tourists, especially English-speaking tourists. Even had a mini-fridge, a pleasant surprise! The location is very nice, but the road below is quite loud considering the rooms are too warm to sleep in with the windows closed.

Nice place right across the street from the Vatican City entrance. The facilities were nice and the rooms were a step up' from other rooms we've have on our family-of-four vacation across Italy. I would recommend.

The hotel is right in front of the Vatican Museum. We signed up for a tour to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Basilica and the tour meeting place was right next to the hotel. So if you are planning to visit the Vatican, I cannot think of any better location than this hotel. One thing that bothered me at this hotel was that the room was rather small and we hardly had any space to walk. Comparing to the room, the bathroom felt spacious. But our room was facing the courtyard and it was vert quiet although the hotel was facing the busy street.. Their buffet breakfast was very nice,\

This is a terrific hotel, I recommend staying here. We were guests at the hotel in October, 2023. It is a really good location even with the morning crowds and noise generated from being directly across the street from the Vatican entrance. Being so close is also an asset if you plan on visiting the Vatican and Sisteen Chapel and we also liked that we could always find our hotel in Rome based on the location ...and seeing St. Peter's Dome from across the city. The staff is quite helpful and the hotel is spotless. We like the rooftop deck and bar, great for an early evening drink.

Clean, well-staffed and QUIET, which was such a pleasure after a day in the joyful chaos that is Rome. While it is out of the path of many tourist stops, it was worth the tradeoff to be in such a quiet little neighborhood. We found great restaurants (and gelato) nearby and enjoyed the rooftop terrace for our apertifs. The breakfast was ample, taxis were convenient across the street at the Vatican Museum and we enjoyed a much more spacious room than we would expect in Europe.

Great location close to the Vatican Museum. That can be a negative too - dealing with the crowds of people. But we didn't mind. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was a little firmer than we are used to, but we slept great. We had a terrace that we ventured out on in the cooler parts of the day. The hotel does have AC (controlled by the front desk). Small breakfast offerings, but it was great! Olga at the front desk was very helpful getting my husband and I tickets for the Vatican Museum at a great price. We were grateful, because these tickets are hard to come by. The only thing I wish was available would be an Ice machine. I know that most European countries do not use ice (or a lot of it) but it would have been nice. We did ask for some and the person at the desk got us a glass from the bar.
