This was my second stay at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it didn't disappoint. Everything was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, and towels and sheets were changed daily.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options, plus fresh seasonal fruit. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful.
We really appreciated the amenities offered, such as the convenient underground parking, especially with a 4-month-old baby. The ability to refill water bottles near the reception and get ice was also a nice touch. The gym was well-equipped and maintained.
We didn't use the complimentary shuttle service to and from Metro B Laurentina, but it's definitely a bonus that not all hotels offer!
The hotel is just a few minutes from the Maximo and Euroma2 shopping centers, and the city center is easily accessible by metro.
We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The staff service was excellent — very polite and efficient. I especially appreciated their free shuttle bus service to the nearby metro station "Laurentina" (just a few minutes away). The shuttle schedule is flexible, so I could simply WhatsApp them about 20–30 minutes in advance to request a pickup back to the hotel. That gave me a lot of flexibility.
I booked a twin bedroom with my friend. The room size was a bit small, especially the bathroom — there was no space to put my clothes or personal items. It would be much better if there were more hangers. I would also suggest adding a shelf under the sink for storing small items.
Breakfast options were not extensive, but the quality was nice.

Traveling with kids, our local guide mentioned the hotel is located in an affluent residential area of Italy, with convenient transportation nearby. Since we arrived quite early on check-in day, the hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast and quickly provided our room that morning, which was fantastic! Honestly, the hotel's breakfast is really good! A highly recommended hotel.

This is my first visit to Rome. We are very happy at this place, it’s near a playground for the children which made our stay fantastic not far from public transportation

Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area (no crowds, just lots of apartments and condominiums around). Though the location is not near shopping or restaurant areas, they have an on-call shuttle that takes you to the nearest train and bus station, which made it very convenient for us. They also send the shuttle to pick you up at the station as long as you call or
message them 15 min before you get there. All in all, we will stay there again and recommend to others.

The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are too dim.
