Hotel in total was good with friendly staff, clean room and cozy small yard to spend time in the evening. The main concern is the awful sound proofing in the room. We hardly have slept 2 nights because you can hear everything your neighbors are talking and doing in their rooms.

There were no basic options such as shampoo, and it was a same-day reservation on the weekend, so I paid 500,000 won for 2 nights, but it was worse than a motel that costs 30,000 won per night. The location was neither good nor bad

Pros: Front desk staff is very welcoming. Good location if you have a car. Street parking not hard to find. Bed comfortable. Cons: Very loud construction starting at 7am. Even in the room next door. Thin walls so other people can be heard. There was a balcony with the next door guests connected to my bathroom window. Which was loud as well as a bit uncomfortable. No lift. Walk up stairs to rooms.

The area around this hotel is full of non - Italians who are a bit rough looking living in not nice area. I could hardly sleep, noises from corridor was heard clearly inside my room. Staffs are nice people.

We booked Osimar as a last minute replacement as our other hotel had cancelled a few days before we travelled. And we are so happy that they did cancel! From the second we got there we loved everything about the hotel. The staff on check in were brilliant and gave us a tour of the hotel and where everything was located. They gave us a map of the city and a few refreshments to put in our fridge. The room was immaculate and perfect for a city break. The bed was comfortable and tv great if you wanted to watch a few films in between sight seeing. They even change your mattress everyday! The aircon was a life saver as it was 38 degrees. Our favourite feature is the old lift, it’s so quirky and we loved using it for getting up to our room. The breakfast was perfect, a good selection of pastries, meats and juices. The only downside is the distance from the city center but the nearest metro station is a 10 minute scooter ride or 20 min walk so nothing too bad. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel and I would tell anyone going to Rome for a sight seeing holiday to stay here! Grazie Hotel Osimar!

I went on a school trip to Rome, 5 days and 4 nights, the staff was absent, non-existent dinner, poor lunch, inconvenient location from the centre, shower cubicle without handles, broken bathroom door, poor cleaning, they didn't change the sheets, minibar not working, thin walls, you could hear everything even if you spoke in a low voice, decent breakfast, we were able to enter the hotel just two hours after arriving (we arrived at 12.35...) and there were 42 students plus 4 professors, windows that don't close, drafts coming in, €6 ABSURD tourist tax, zero privacy towards the people in the condominiums next door. I recommend NOT going to this hotel, NOT SEEING HOTEL OSIMAR AGAIN.

The Hotel Osimar is of a good tourist level, the breakfast is good, varied and plentiful, the location is excellent due to its proximity to the Tiburtina station (about 20 minutes on foot), the subway (about 15 minutes on foot) and line 61 of the 'bus (outside the hotel) which takes you to Piazza Barberini on one side and to Maxxi on the other. Comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and at the same time well served, not far from the university area with a wide choice of clubs and restaurants. The staff is attentive and helpful. The presence of school groups should be considered in spring.

Good hotel. It is located 10 minutes walk away from the subway. Excellent staff, breakfast is quite extensive. There is a slight smell in the entrance on the 3rd floor. The rooms are medium in size with a really spacious bathroom. The room is equipped with air conditioning, television, wardrobe and a large desk. Really excellent

Excellent structure, very friendly staff, hotel in a particularly quiet area, highly recommended. Excellent cleanliness, proximity to Rome Tiburtina station, well served by public transport. 3 star hotel, average prices.

For a sudden event, I found myself booking at the Osimar Hotel, having to stay a few nights in Rome. I found the place clean and the staff always present and helpful. I would also say positioned to keep it private and away from traffic. Not far from Tiburtina station and from the blue metro stop Bologna. The stay was comfortable.

The hotel is excellent, it has no luxuries, but the rooms are good, clean, the bathrooms are very good, the shower is wonderful, hot water. The people who work there are extremely polite and friendly. The hotel is far from the main attractions, but is close to good places to have dinner and close to the subway. Would stay there again.

Nice average hotel, from Palermo to Rome to spend the New Year, very friendly, kind and sociable staff left us with a good memory, very abundant breakfast. Ps: in response to Luigi M, I would like to point out with respect for the property that, on the evening in which you say in your review that there were voices from horror films, unfortunately they were ours because we were in a panic due to an illness (loss of consciousness during the night) came to my sister, trying to call for help from my parents in the next room. We apologize for the inconvenience which fortunately ended well and we thank the hotel for helping us unlike many who, staying on the same floor, did not ask themselves the problem of seeing if help was needed. I would also add that it was enough to inform yourself to understand what had happened with the rumors you mentioned.
