The toilet is not working , the flushometer is not working, I spoke with the receptionist and they wanted to move us to double room and I book triple room because we are three. Don’t advise anyone to book here

🏨 is outside of Roma. If you travel by a 🚗, it is a good option. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The price of the room is reasonable. Room is spacious but the shower place in 🚽 is narrow. Receptionists are friendly.

The service attitude of the counter staff is very good, especially Simon; the air conditioner in the room where I stayed on the first night will automatically stop at night. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately that was the only plus point. Our room was in a state of disrepair. Buttons missing off light switches revealing live wires, bath fittings broken or missing, mould on the walls, paint peeling... I could go on but it's safe to say I won't be returning. Breakfast was cake, croissant or ham. Very poor too. 2/5 from me

Hoping this review might help, i will write the pros-cons: + The staff is very friendly and professional + Room was good (Although it needed some repairs) + Breakfast was included ( but: small quantities & not much to choose from) + Located in calm area. - Distance ( Do not go if you dont have a car, because the public transport is horrendous and uncomfortable - does not have AC on summer with temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius-; The taxi to the center costs aprox. 30 euros. - Does not have any items like toothbrush, etc ready. Overall the hotel is good and I would stay again if it was not for the distance
