Terrible, charged 24 euros to check in late, despite being told it was only 10 euros. Photos are outdated and cleanliness was a real issue. Room is small, outdated and unkept. 20 min walk from Rome Termini so not too bad regards to location but honestly I've spent less and got way more. Don't stay here.

Clean but noisy, low hot water, unstable water flow, everything else is normal.

The address is OK, there is a small balcony to hang clothes, the mattress is a spring mattress, not comfortable

The hair dryer was broken, so I asked for repair or replacement, but there was no change after the answer. Stayed 3 nights. there are ants Air conditioner works well

The rooms are not as they appear in the photos, they are much smaller and outdated. We reserved and paid for 3 people (2 adults and a child under 16 years of age) and there was a confusion between the intermediary and the owner and they gave us a room with a double bed in which the 3 of us had to sleep and the owner tells me that He lets me sleep there as a favor and if I'm not interested, I can look for something else, but the next day he changes us for a supplement of 50 euros and when the next day he arrives he says that he doesn't have a room and that he will have to look for another hotel in Rome. Finally, the 3 of us stayed the other night in the double bed. The owner was not friendly or professional at all and made our stay in Rome stressful.

The hotel is terrible, poorly maintained, there were insects on the sheets. Cleaning was not well done, there was hair in the bathroom. Wifi offered, barely catches in the hallway. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Dirty room and bathroom, cheap old furniture and everything had an awful smell with mold to accompany. This should fail any hotel standards. Get a refund if you've booked. Even had someone's blood on the wall

This hotel was an absolute waste of money. Even if you are cheap travelling. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Room was filthy, noisy and genuinely appauling. Save your money and buy a tent. We left after two days. The best thing about it was leaving. Please avoid.

Our flight was delayed, I contacted them to let them know since we were going to arrive quite tight on time, we arrived at 11:00 pm peak time to check in, the girl who attended us was super friendly, she made things easier for us. He explained everything to us very well. The room is not bad, perhaps as I have read here the walls are a bit neglected but it is normal, the mattress if I am not mistaken is spring, a bit uncomfortable for me, but otherwise it is fine, the bathroom is impeccable, with soap and shampoo, made our room and changed our towels. Price quality quite good

First of all, you have to know that it is a place to go to sleep and be in a good area, unbeatable quality-price. Our experience has been very good. Comfortable bed and air conditioning, small balcony with light patio. TV with the possibility of Netflix and other platforms. Sheets and towels as well as the room are very clean, the walls are a little dirty but it is normal with so many people who have spent this summer. Shower, hairdryer and bath products. Sadaf and a very nice cleaning girl, on the 1st night we saw that the light in the room had gone out, we reported it in the morning and when we returned they had changed it and made up the room for us, which did not fit, quite a problem detail. Charming old building. Bus stop to the center a few meters away, very good area.

When he arrived the room was not ready, the television was not working, the wifi was not working, the water from the shower comes out for about 3 minutes if there is more than one of you you will have to wait half an hour before more water comes out, the bathroom window had a hole in it and plugged to prevent air from passing through with cartogenic substances, the shower was full of male hair inside, the blankets on the (military) type beds caused itching in contact with them. The very poor breakfast among all the things that the bar offers you can get a normal cappuccino or coffee brioches the rest like sweet juices or other things will all be paid for. I'm putting one star because I can't put less. I haven't even gotten to stay at this hotel (and from the reviews I read I'd say thank goodness!), but the experience of a potential stay has been extremely negative. I call to find out if they have room for the dates I have chosen (we are talking about May, we are in Gennail...) and they tell me that they don't know if there is availability, probably not, but that they would check and get back to me. It didn't happen. I send an email to ask again for availability for the dates I have chosen (May 20-22) and the answer I receive is "there is no room". So I ask when they would be available and they answer me "February 1st and 2nd". Excluding the uninformal, unprofessional, non-exhaustive and inaccurate answers. I really wonder how they can offer me a date during the week (I had asked for a weekend), 3 months before the period I have chosen. And especially considering that today is January 27 I wonder how I would leave in 3 days according to them

The name Cesar Palace is usurped. When you look for the "Palace", you find yourself in front of an ordinary entrance with a loose paper which invites you to ring the 3rd or 5th floor. Our room overlooking the very noisy street disappointed us. It did not correspond to those described on the site. The room was not very clean. In the bathroom the mold on the walls was all around the shower. The toilet seat was broken and we found hair there, which did not belong to us. Three days later, they still weren't cleaned. Breakfast was not included in the price. For €2.50, we offer you breakfast (a croissant and a hot drink) in an establishment outside the "Palace". On the day of our departure, we ask to keep 2 suitcases until 12 p.m. We were offered to keep the suitcases for a small fee. The owner will stop at no effort to extort a little more from the customer. One piece of advice: Despite the price being not too high, avoid Cesar Palace.
