The room is a bit old, but the location is very convenient and close to the square, the space is sufficient, the service is very enthusiastic, and it is worth recommending for those who pursue CP value.

Beautiful hotel. They are redoing their floors and we were upgraded to a suite with a sauna in the room. How cool! Staff was extremely helpful and full of recommendations. Walking distance to sights, loads of shopping, and delicious restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hotel location great. Hotel is great to. But there is no customer service at all. You can be yeled at front desk mostly by Federica if even she gave correct name. She is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't care about any thing just rude and that's it.

4 night experience: Top location, charming and clean room but be careful of the NOISE!! Between the street, the neighbors and the bar below we were constantly woken up. Additionally, there are no shutters. Absolutely avoid if you want to be able to spend peaceful nights.

What can we say, we'll start with the only negative point, which is that I think the establishment changed its name so at the time we weren't really sure we were in the right place. On the other hand, for everything else we had a incredible suite, we were even upgraded for Valentine's Day because there was a larger suite available so for that alone I'm very happy I've never had a hotel like that! It was a great experience. Plus there is wifi per suite which works incredibly well! The area is safe because we are close to the big luxury stores! After all the other positive points is that we are really not far from everything. About 10 minutes from the fountain, 15 minutes from the Pantheon, 20 minutes from the Colosseum, a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and the metro, only advantages when taking this hotel For the photos however I don't have any because I had to take a video because it was incredible!

We love the location, staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms very clean. Only suggestion, No soap dish or towel hooks. But other than that would recommend.
