The hotel was extremely nice And very clean. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room area. The bed was very comfortable . We were able to sign into the Netflix app on the tv which was convenient. The shower head was solid with lots of water pressure. The area was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this hotel in the future when visiting the Utica area again. Downtown Utica is about 10 minutes away while downtown New Hartford is about 2-3 miles away which gives you access to many restaurants choices.

The good: beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, very conveniently had a microwave and apartment sized fridge, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was good.
The bad: some of the rooms were hard to get into since you had to use a lot of force to push the handle down, and there was no fan/exhaust in the bathroom.

There for a team event in the area. Staff and hotel stay was amazing. Everyone very friendly, rooms were spectacular, close to where we needed to be for the weekend.

We stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms the kids had fun, rooms definitely need an upgrade tvs are really old and we had alot of issues getting them to work. Carpet was frayed and in the bathroom the walls were patched and they never painted over it, it was just white spots, blankets on the beds were frayed and had random strings on the end. We had fun and most issues were cosmetic nothing that effected the fun we had but for the price things shouls be bettee up kept

Loved our check in lady! Couldn't check in early but on New Year's Eve that's not too surprising! They did get us in by 3! Loved the pool and the coffee/hot cocoa! Room was large and nice! Tv remote and heating was not working right but maintenance came immediately and fixed our issues! Otherwise very nice and we've stayed here before and will again!
