Room is spacious, clean and excellent customer service

Detroit was a very quiet city. The Embassy Suites Hilton Hotel, located in that secluded area, was the best experience for me. The amenities were good and the front desk staff was very friendly.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable

The hotel is a bit old and the facilities inside are relatively old. I saw many families going out on weekends. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy and there are often children running. Overall

It was a great stay for the weekend. The breakfast was very delicious. I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was vary spacious, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and having a restaurant on site was a huge bonus for us.

It was loud trucks I think dumping the trash bins outside around 3-4am!!!!! I couldn’t sleep at all through the night bc I kept getting woken up by people running the water or the trucks outside!!!! I heard the trucks 2 days while i was there and I was there for 3 days and they came at 3-4am. So horrible then the maids cleaned my room but left no drying towels for shower. When I tried to get in touch with front desk no answer multiple times

Elevators are not convenient. But, location and ease of getting in and out the city was great.
