I booked a hotel near the airport for cheap prices. I thought Howard Johnson was good, but it turned out to be a motel. There was an open corridor at the entrance. Some people would smoke and chat in the corridor. The soundproofing was poor. I finally fell asleep, but at 3:30 in the morning, I was woken up by the piercing alarm in the room. I was scared to death. Someone was smoking in the room, and the smoke alarm triggered the fire alarm. The sound was the kind that would not let you stay in the room for a second. I quickly grabbed my coat and rushed to the corridor. Three minutes later, two fire trucks and a police car arrived. The alarm sounded for almost 10 minutes before it was lifted!
Cheap things don't get good things! Definitely not recommended. The facilities are like those 80-100 yuan guesthouses in China.
