Check in on May 18 at 5:30 got to room 1101 realized that the bathroom light doesn’t work they moved us to another room 1112 Realize that they have bedbugs. Call the front desk and let them know. They told us that they will be down to check on it we packed up all of our belongings and we went to the main office to let them know there was a bedbug in the room and I showed they video of the bedbug. They said they don’t have those problems they stated the management came in on Sunday. I called They told me that just so I can get out their faces I have to wait until management come in order to get a refund still waiting on a refund haven’t got contacted by anybody. I called in on Monday. They said management was in a meeting. I called back and they said that I have to contact management through email. I’m just really mad for the inconvenience of me coming to Detroit for a concert booking a hotel and having to leave that hotel to go book another hotel because the hotel I originally booked had bedbugs so I will never go to Gardens again.
